My fiancé and I had an amazing stay at the Lil Bear cabin !!! The pictures don’t do it justice !! It was the cutest and was semi secluded and quiet !! The covered back porch with hot tub was a plus !! Definitely recommend and will be going back again !!!
Property was easy to locate and easy to check in. Super cozy, super cute. We LOVED our stay at Lil' Bear! Far enough away from the busy road, but still within 10 minutes of all the attractions.
Had a wonderful stay. Cute and cozy cabin tuck away but still close to everything. We did not even realize there was another room/loft so can bring grand kids next time. Enjoyed the hot tub.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The inside of the cabin was beautiful with cabin logs. The oustide was secluded, but very near Hochatown. It was perfect!

Acorn City
With the roof being metal and the wind blowing had acorns hitting the roof throughout the day and night which made for a fitful night and not resting well. Also was quite a lot dust on the ceiling fans in the air conditioner and cobwebs in, on and around the outside of the cabin.
This cabin is cozy, clean and well equipped. As a retired couple, we have stayed in many cabins in the area. This cabin was a bit older, but it served us well. Good internet and great tv selections. It is secluded, but very close to town. I would highly recommend it to others.

Property is neglected and cabin needs a deep cleaning.
Listing was “Exceptional” rating is not true. Outside of cabin was unclean, property was a unkept. Back porch where the hot tub is, the deck is about to cave in. Inside of cabin has cobwebs on ceiling, dust on fans, top of refrigerator and coffee maker filthy. This is our fourth time to Hochatown and by far our most disappointing property that we’ve stayed in.
Trip for two turned into a trip for one. But the accommodations didn't disappoint! Beautiful cabin just the right size. Icing on my cake was the Hot Tub on the back porch!
The cabin is older, but clean and comfortable. Hot tub perfect for 2 people. Location good for everything you would need. Only thing we didn’t care for was the old charcoal grill. We had intended to grill steak and stay in for our anniversary but the grill left more to desire. Overall our stay was comfortable.
