Appartement fonctionnel...un peu vétuste

Bonne situation. Espace suffisant pour 4 personnes. Au delà il faudra se serrer ! Un rafraichissement serait le bienvenu eu égard au prix demandé ( 1.500 € ). Mobilier à compléter.
