This was the second time we stayed in this apartment and once again we had a lovely time. Great location for ski-in, ski-out and as a base for the family holiday. We'll be back

A well provisioned apartment with a balcony overlooking Mont Blanc. Good for 3 or 4 people (it would be very tight for 6). The apartment kitchen has everything you could ever need, a hob, microwave, dishwasher and full oven and a full set of food preparation apparatus. It also has a washing machine was a big bonus. The location is very good, a few minutes walk from the free lift down to the main village, or 5-10 minutes walk. (ours was a summer trip).Warning, the listing doesn't mention that bedding and cleaning are not included, I only found out just before I left for my holiday. Bedding can be rented and cleaning booked for an extra fee (the listing says "all fees included"). The host allows "self cleaning" which means the apartment isn't professionally cleaned between lets, and it shows, the main living area was a little dusty. The concierge company used was a 10 minute drive away, not within walking distance. The host doesn't speak English, so our communication relied on auto translators. His documentation is also only in French. The lift was broken, but other than the instructions to find the apartment were based on the lift location, this wasn't an issue. The parking space is tight is you have a large car.

February ski vacation

We had a nice stay with 4 people in Residence Sint Bernard. Ski room is spaceous and easy access. The building has an easy ski-in ski-out. Most pleasant suprise was the well equiped kitchen, which is something we do not find often.

Les Arc 1800 Chantelle

Very pleased with our whole experience at Les Arc 1800 village. Our hosts communication and support was excellent and the concierge was helpful. We loved the apartment. Two adults and three children were very comfortable with stunnin views of Mont Blanc from double bedroom window and large comfortable balcony

Great appartment in chantel (just up from but linked with 1800), suited our family very well; feels spacious & has all the equipment you'll need. We struggled to find it, but probability wouldn't have if we'd followed the instructions arriving by bus more closely. Theres access to a nice pool included in the next door building (use the key fob to get in, up the steps near the 'Saint Bernard ' sign close to the car parking. Decent double room, double sofa bed in the main area and bunk bed in a small room (this is quite nice, but doesn't really have a window). Would very happily rent this appartment again.

A great first trip to Les Arcs and a great apartment. Lots of positives;Truly ski in and out. Comfy double mattress, 2 bathrooms and separate loo (traveling with teenage boys), lots of plates and glasses etc which made it worth using the dishwasher (take tabs, although they can be bought individually from the Edenarc Spar), warm apartment, close to the ski locker, great views (weather permitting), underground parking (appreciated as we have 2m of snow during the trip), pool for the whiteouts. Owners communication was great, always happy to answer questions and provide information.Couple of things to mention- it is a steep walk back from the village. It took about 10 mins most if which is okay but the last couple of mins are steep. Okay for us, but maybe not everyone. Concierge communication was poor (but owner helped). It would have been good to have some information about the pool, wifi, and bins (they were hidden by a foot of snow!). We worked it all out but if the information was provided it would be easier. We had an issue validating our parking so had to pay extra but again, the owner was very helpful trying to sort it for us. It would be 9/10 if I could but for us the lost star is due to the above comments.

Appartement agréable et bien situé dans la station. Tout le nécessaire est présent. Balcon de taille correct pour pouvoir manger face au beau panorama sur les montagnes et le Mont-blanc ! La vue est pour moi un des premiers critères quand je vais à la montagne. Piscine sympa également. Le propriétaire est également présent si il y a des questions.

Een mooi appartement waar werkelijk alles aanwezig is. De parkeerplek in de garage ligt vlak bij de lift. Het uitzicht vanaf het balkon is prachtig.Tip: Voor kleine boodschappen en brood kan je het best naar de Spar bij Edenarc.

La résidence est très bien placée : tout se fait à ski ou à pied. Nous n’avons pas sorti la voiture de la semaine, ce qui est très appréciable.L’appartement offre une vue magnifique sur la montagne et le Mont-Blanc. Il est également extrêmement bien équipé, du jamais vu ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
