Great Place to stay

We stayed at Magdalenas&Tonis Finca for over a week and enjoyed every bit of it! It’s clean and has everything you need. Additionally the hosts are very helpful and friendly :)

Peaceful and fantastic place in the countryside

We have been in this fantastic house in the countryside for a week, a very quiet and comfortable place. The house is very well equipped and Tony provided everything necessary, even additional towels and sun umbrellas. We chose this location in Sineu because is almost at the center of the island, we were at about 40 min by car from every main attraction and beaches, but also away from traffic and confusion at the same time. Kitchen is very well organized, we ate at home almost every evening and we had all comforts: a toaster, a kettle, three pans, pots, the pasta strainer and even the Italian coffeepot! The space in the house is huge for two people and even the terrace outside has so much space to organize dinners looking the stars in the sky. The road to the house is partially unpaved so a careful driving is requested in the first part of the way, than a short steep climb brings directly to the house courtyard. We had a great holiday and we suggest this location if you need a peaceful place to rest and enjoy nature.

Großzügige Finca auf dem Land

Die Finca ist ruhig gelegen, es gibt auch keine direkten Nachbarn. Es fährt ein Zug, der stört aber nicht weiter. Nachts ist jedoch Hundegebell und Hahngekrähe zu hören. Die Küche hat alles, was man so braucht. Eine Kaffeefiltermaschine ist vorhanden. Die Finca ist sehr sauber. Die Anreise und Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verliefen reibungslos.

Entspannte und erholsame Zeit

Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub. Das Haus ist, sehr ruhig gelegen mit wunderschönem und unverbautem Weitblick auf die Landschaft. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist gut. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht. Der Vermieter war sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Die Finca liegt traumhaft. Man hat keine direkten Nachbarn. Von innen ist die Finca eher schlicht aber es ist alles da, was man braucht! Ich würde wieder dorthin fahren!

Beautiful farmhouse, clean, everything you need. Host couldn’t do enough, lovely people. Be nice if the children’s bedroom was more neutral and not so ‘young’ though my teenage son got used to it!

Het scheelt als het mooi weer is! Huur een auto om van alles te zien. Er is geen zwembad bij het huis. Dat is misschien minder leuk met kinderen. Maar er is wel een speelkamer aanwezig! Fijne tijd hier gehad.

Schönes Haus in de Nähe von Sineu

Wir haben alles wie beschrieben vorgefunden, die Übergabe erfolgte absolut unkompliziert. Einen klitzekleinen Punkteabzug (1/2 Punkt) gibt es für die Tatsache, dass das Haus z.B. heizungstechnisch nicht wirklich für Aufenhalte in kälteren und feuchteren Jahreszeiten ausgelegt ist. Wir hatten aber Ende Oktober Glück mit dem Wetter und deshalb war es im Großen und Ganzen kein Problem. Für wärmere Jahreszeiten ist das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert.

Der Blick von der Terrasse ist unbezahlbar!

Die Lage des Hauses ist für Naturliebhaber nicht zu unterschätzen. Von der Terrasse genießt man einen ungestörten tollen Ausblick. Autos sind kaum zu hören, nur das Bähnchen rattert in Sichtweite vorbei. Leider konnten wir nur tagsüber bei Sonnenschein hier sitzen, da der Wind und die doch niedrigen Temperaturen uns abends ins Haus zwangen. Dort half der gut funktionierende Ofen, die Temperaturen erträglich zu gestalten. Das Holz kann man im Baumarkt kaufen, es war trocken und gut! Im schönen Bad gibt es einen Heizlüfter, der für angenehmes Klima sorgt. Die Klimaanlage im Haus konnte leider nicht zum Heizen genutzt werden. Sie produzierte nur kalte Luft. Die Bilder des Hauses entsprechen der Realität, alles ist sauber und in gutem Zustand. Die Küche ist sehr chic, es fehlen vielleicht Topflappen. Der Grill ist gut zu nutzen, hier fehlt allerdings Grillbesteck. Man verbrennt sich sonst ziemlich die Finger. Die Schlüsselübergabe und die Abreise klappten problemlos. Die zentrale Lage des Hauses auf Mallorca ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen.

Große familienfreundliche Finca

Wir (Paar und einjährige Tochter) haben gerade eine wunderbare Woche in diesem Landhaus in Sineu verbracht. Mit Kind war die große Terasse und das Spielzeug wunderschön - für uns selbst war der Kamin schön und gemütlich. Für Kleinkinder: Es gibt eine Treppe, die allerdings glücklicherweise nicht steil ist. Das Haus liegt bei Sineu direkt in Mallorcas Landesmitte fernab vom Massentourismus. Von hier kann man Sineu erkunden aber auch überall schnell hinkommen. Was uns noch gefiel: Volle Kaffeeauswahl (Filterkaffee, Nespresso, Espressokocher, Nespresso-Milchschäumer), Kamin, Kinder-Hochstuhl, Terasse mit Mauer (praktisch mit Kind), wunderwunderschöner Ausblick, Garten mit Zitrus- und Mandelbäumen, Tischtennisplatte, sehr nette Gastgeber und noch viel mehr!

Wunderbares Domizil, alle Bilder entsprechen den Tatsachen, Vermieter sind nett und sind bei kleinen Problemen sofort zur Stelle, Objekt ist uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen.
