Great place for a nice, quiet week.

We came to Mallorca for a week to acclimate from the Seattle area before doing a two week road trip in Spain. It was perfect for that.

Die Ferienwohnung hat unsere Erwartungen weit übertroffen und ich würde sie unbedingt empfehlen. Der Blick aufs Meer von Wohn- und Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein Traum. Die Fotos halten den Zustand perfekt fest, ich habe noch nie eine so gut ausgestattete und sehr saubere Küche erlebt. Das gesamte Inventar durchdacht ausgesucht, gemütlich aber nicht überladen. Da das Wetter im Februar noch nicht sooo warm ist, wir mit Baby unterwegs waren und ich leider krank wurde, waren wir sehr dankbar für die (dekorativen) infrarot-Wandbilder, die das Heizen über die Klimaanlage ergänzt haben.Sehr netter Kontakt mit umgehender Rückmeldung.Gibt gar nichts Negatives zu sagen, sehr gerne wieder

Wir hatten eine perfekte Woche. Die Villa ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich vorstellen und auch nicht vorstellen kann. Da wir auf der Insel viel unterwegs waren, konnten wir leider alle Annehmlichkeiten in der Unterkunft oder am nahegelegenen Strand nicht auskosten. Wir werden wohl "notgedrungen" wiederkommen müssen. Danke für den angenehmen Aufenthalt und die gute Kommunikation mit Regina. Bis zum nächsten Urlaub. Gruß Marco

Ideal zum Entspannen

Die Villa Rosa hält was sie verspricht! Sehr schönes Haus, mit allem was man benötigt und einem wunderbaren Bilick auf das Meer. Der Ort ist sehr ruhig und ist von daher sehr gut zum Entspannen geeignet. Er hat einige Restaurants, in denen man gut essen kann und in geringer Entfernung eine kleine, wunderschöne Einkaufsmöglichkeit. Dort bekommt man zumindest fast alles, was man grundsätzlich benötigt. Mit dem Auto ist man in 15 min in Can Picafort, wo es größere Supermärkte gibt und einen Strand der bewirtschaftet ist, wenn man es lieber mag, sich auf Liegen an den Strand zu legen. Am Strand vor dem Haus muss man selber einen Sonnenschirm mitnehmen, dort kann man aber ganz gut an den Felsen, die links vom Strand liegen ein wenig schnorcheln. Fazit: Unser Urlaub dort hat uns sehr gut gefallen und ging viel zu schnell vorüber. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und nett => gerne wieder!

Splendida villa moderna fronte mare

Io, la mia ragazza ed alcuni amici abbiamo soggiornato a villa Rosa dall’11 al 18 agosto ed è stata veramente una bellissima esperienza! La casa è molto moderna, dotata di tutti i comfort possibili, in prossimità della spiaggia di Son Serra (raggiungibile a piedi) e soprattutto fronte mare con tanto di piccolo giardino con doccia esterna, patio dove poter cenare tranquillamente in 6/8 persone, balcone al primo piano e terrazza all’ultimo da cui si riescono a vedere perfettamente le stelle. Meraviglioso svegliarsi nella camera padronale al primo piano e godersi le luci dell’alba aprendo la serranda elettrica direttamente dal letto. La posizione è ottima: si tratta di un quartiere residenziale molto tranquillo con due piccoli supermarket ben forniti, tre ristoranti e due locali molto carini dove poter cenare e fare aperitivi a pochi metri dal mare. Inoltre si trova a metà strada (mezz’ora di macchina) tra molte delle spiagge più belle dell’isola (cala agulla, cala mesquida e soprattutto cala torta, a nostro avviso la migliore) e la meravigliosa città vecchia tardo-medioevale di Alcudìa. Inoltre Regina è un super-host, rapidissima nel rispondere alle nostre richieste, molto disponibile e premurosa. La consigliamo!!!

Urlaubstage direkt am Meer

Wir haben unsere 3 Wochen Urlaub in dieser gepflegten und voll ausgestatteten Wohnung sehr genossen. Die Heizung hat an den doch kühlen Abenden gut funktioniert und uns vergessen lassendes es doch erst März ist. Ansonsten hat uns das Wetter sehr verwöhnt und die Lage direkt am Wasser lässt schon nach dem Erwachen Urlaubsfeeling aufkommen. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war hervorragend und hat bei allen Fragestellungen sofort Antworten gebracht. Super Zeit erlebt. Kommen gerne wieder.

Super schöner Urlaub

Unser Aufenthalt in der Villa Rosa war super. Es war alles vorhanden was man im eigenen Haushalt auch hat. Von Kaffee und Tee bis Toilettenpapier und Küchenrolle, Gewürzen usw. Der Blick zum Meer von der Dachterrasse und unserem Schlafzimmer war unbeschreiblich schön. Vielen Dank für den netten Kontakt an die Vermieterin.

Perfekt, noch besser als erwartet

Tolles Haus vor ruhigen und sauberen Strand. Im Haus war alles nötige vorhanden, wir haben nichts vermisst. Die Klimaanlage haben wir bei der Hitze genossen. Schöne Terasse mit Meerblick. Der Strand war trotz Hauptsaison relativ leer. Gute Restaurants und kleiner Supermarkt in fußläufiger Nähe. Hier ist man wirklich weg vom Massentourismus. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Schönes Haus in toller Lage

Meinen Aufenthalt habe ich sehr genossen. Das Haus ist schön und modern, es ist gut eingerichtet mit allem was man braucht. Tolle Lage direkt am Meer mit Sandstrand. Von Son Serra aus kann man kilometerweit am Strand entlang spazieren/joggen bis Can Picafort. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen. Diesmal war ich alleine, das Haus ist aber auch für uns als Familie mit drei Kindern geeignet. Restaurants und kleiner, sehr sympathischer Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus.

Tolles Haus in perfekter Lage

Sehr schönes Haus mit guter Ausstattung. Die Nähe zum Strad ist super mit kleinen Kindern. Der Ort ist nicht überlaufen und wenig touristisch, trotzdem bekommt man alles Notwendige im fußläufigen Supermarkt. Größere Einkäufe aind auch ortsnah möglich. Auch für Ausflüge ist der Ort gut gelegen.
