A sitting area is also located upstairs between two rooms and a full size bathroom. All bedrooms and living room flat screen TVs. A half-bath is located on the main level. Front porch and side entry to master bedroom. Fenced in back yard.

Peaceful home away from home. Central locations making home minutes from everything including 3 minutes from I-75. Shopping in walking distance. Very clean and spacious open floor plan. Sitting areas upstairs and downstairs. Can have kids playing upstairs playing games and still have the adults downstairs relaxing. Home away from Home!! Cozy and warm with fireplace as well.
