The unit is the second and third floor of the building plus a private rooftop deck with views of the Atlantic Ocean. Unit is NOT available unfurnished. There are two large master suites on the third floor with en-suite bathrooms. The third bedroom is currently used as a den/office and will not have bedding provided and it also has a full bathroom.
Large living room with screened in porch. Dining room is open to the kitchen which contains upscale appliances.
Hard flooring throughout the second floor, so please be courteous to your downstairs neighbor.
