Just like home

The big selling point is the location which is literally a 30 second walk to the beach. Some owners would be content to only offer that, however, this unit was extremely well cared for, beautiful, inside and out, and fully stocked with everything you would need for a perfect stay. The owners really cared about making our stay the best possible,

Great property in a wonderful location

Great property in a wonderful location just yards to the beach. Owners were easy to work with. Property had been completely renovated with lots of interior amenities. Very comfortable furnishings plus bikes, grill, beach chairs and everything you could need for a great stay.

I stayed at this property while my house was being remodeled. The location is great right off beach with ocean view and within walking distance to Neptune beach town center and all the great shops and restaurants. The unit itself is great and exactly as depicted in photos. Very comfortable and enjoyable stay , I hate to have to leave! Scott is easy to deal with and very responsive.

5 month work stay at the beach

I was In town for work at Mayport Naval Station for 5 months. Found this gem on VRBO and the rest is history. Location is amazing, maybe 75 yards from the front door to the beach. 12 blocks or so to a downtown Neptune beach area with great restaurants and bars which was an easy walk. 8/9 minute drive to the military base for work. The condo is in great condition and offered everything I needed to make my stay away from home as comfortable as possible. Something did mess up on the washing machine (which stuff happens and I don't fault the owners) Scott and Debbie had a repair man out the very next day and it was fixed before I made it home from work. The owners are very quick to respond with any issue or questions I had, and are usually there every weekend and I'd see them in passing. Overall, I had an excellent stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone wanting a relaxing place just steps away from the beach.

A very big back yard

Scott and Debbie were kind enough to rent us their newly renovated two bedroom town home on the beach for three months our only regret is it was not for six months. The calming ocean waves roll in all day long as you view them from the front porch or the top balcony you slowly chase the Sun across the sky improving your tan. About seventy five steps from the Atlantic Ocean your back yard is longer than you can walk as you encounter people from the area that are kind and approachable. It is the closest we have lived to the ocean in over 30 years of trying for that we are eternally grateful to Scott / Debbie. A clean well layed out floor plan allows for relaxing evenings after an afternoon in town or a day at the beach. I can assure you this town home will meet or exceed your needs for the duration of your stay much like it did for us. Thanks again Lisa & Joaquin

Why they chose this property

Atlantic Beach is the best beach in the Jacksonville area. Very kid and dog friendly. This is the closest townhouse you will find, at a reasonable price.
