Welcome to our LARGE 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo directly on Nashville's Famous MUSIC ROW! This historic condo complex is located in the heart of Midtown & has the one & only iconic guitar-shaped pool! You're walking distance to Nashville’s hottest bars with live music, amazing restaurants, cute coffee shops & only a short Uber to Broadway.

This is a LARGE 1 bedroom, 1 full bathroom condo that sleeps 4 comfortably. It is located on the 2nd floor. The attention to detail is portrayed throughout the entire place & has one of the largest kitchens in the building! It is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions.

Common Area: Queen Sleeper Sofa w/ memory foam mattress (sleeps 2)

MAIN:
This condo has one of the largest kitchens in this complex! There is plenty of space to make your morning cup of coffee or cook a small meal, so enjoy if you desire to do so! The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all NEW appliances & is stocked with the essentials for cooking. The living room has a very cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows.

BATH:
Standing glass shower & vanity sink.

The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter.

We couldn't have asked for a better "home away from home"! Everything we needed was there upon our arrival, including a very comfortable bed and pillows! You can't the location. Just about everything we did was less than an hour walking distance. Never felt unsafe with their building security. We will definitely bok with them again!

Our stay was fantastic! The property was very well appointed and very clean and spacious. The owners were very easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone looking for something along music row. Conveniently had a trolley stop nearby that would make it easy to enjoy the Nashville City tour. This is a great location!

Easy check-in and check-out, great coffee shop just around the corner and very walkable to the music district. Large unit and very clean. Water in shower get very hot but little water pressure for the wonderful huge shower. Nice kitchen though we really did not use it much as we were only there for 2 days. Would definitely stay there again if we go back.
