This beautiful and spacious studio with 1 bathroom is kept immaculately with a shaded, private patio area with grass and lush landscaping for relaxing in a quiet neighborhood. The new interior boasts air conditioning, hardwood floors, French doors, a large walk in closet, a comfortable King size bed & sofa, a flat screen tv, Apple TV for movies and a large spa shower with a handheld shower head. The living space is very spacious with a lot of natural lighting and cool breezes with the windows or doors open. The linen closet is full of fresh bath and beach towels. The studio is on the same property as the owners' home but totally separate and has its own private & gated entrance from the outside and has plenty of parking. It's just a short 10 minute walk to the beach where you can watch the sunrise each morning. Two beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a small cooler are available for your days at the beach.

The kitchenette is great for breakfasts and heating up meals with a Nespresso Evoluo coffee machine with Vertuo Line coffee capsules, a hot plate, electric tea pot, microwave, toaster over, mini fridge & outdoor gas BBQ. A closet is filled with dishes, cups, wine glasses, cutlery & anything else you may need during your stay. The linen closet stores bath and beach towels, a steam iron and a hair dryer. Located close to CVS and Wholefoods in case you are missing anything.
