Welcome to our well appointed, conveniently located, updated condo with wonderful unobstructed marina views from the 3rd floor. Located conveniently. in Clinton Reef Club Port Clinton OH, it is within walking distance to the Jet Express Ferry to the Lake Erie islands; and waterfront restaurants, and also restaurants and shops in quaint downtown Port Clinton.
Condo features include:
>Peaceful unobstructed waterfront/marina/river views!
>Very clean condo totally updated with hardwood floors in the living area, quartz counter tops and stainless steel appliances.
>Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed in the master bedroom and a queen bed or twin bunk beds in the 2nd bedroom. Perfect for Couples, families or friends!
> Two private balconies, one open to the sky, and the other covered from wind or rain, both with amazing water views!
>Secure easy Keypad entry.
>Wireless internet, flat screen TVs with streaming services.
>Well equipped kitchen.
>Convenient in condo washer and dryer.
>Many books and games available for relaxing time in the condo.
Extra care to cleaning and sanitizing. Also use FPR10 premium heppa filter in furnace/air conditioner to filter the most dust and bacteria from the air. This filter is changed regularly.
> Inviting outdoor pool and hot tub in season overlooking both the marina and Lake Erie.
>Use of two gas grills, picnic tables, a basketball hoop, and fun "boat bar" in the pool area.
>Grounds are very attractive and well maintained.
>Ample close convenient parking available. No assigned spots so you can park anywhere in the lot.
>**********Please Note - The Clinton Reef Marina has 30' docks available with water and electric hook-up that can be rented for a fee per night. If interested, please just let us know and we can connect you with the dock master.

We are Paul and Judy. Our daughter, Katrina, graduated from John Carroll University ad is now in graduate school at Ohio State. Very proud of her! Our family loves travelling, being near the water and sports.
We have worked hard to make our property a comfortable, clean, inviting home away from home. Having travelled and stayed in many VRBO properties ourselves, we have tried to share the best of those experiences with our guests.
