Fish right off the dock just steps away or take your boat out to the lake.

This top floor unit has enclosed balcony views overlooking the water and is perfect for bird watching. Fishing with charters on site. A fish cleaning station, swimming pool, and pickle ball court are available for use as well.

Full kitchen, washer/dryer, coffee maker and other amenities.

Unit includes: Living Room with Roku TV and WI-Fi. Sofa and love seat that pull out into sleeper sofas. Kitchen with full-sized appliances, eat at peninsula countertop, stocked with cooking supplies. Balcony with a view of the channel and lake. Full-sized bathroom with tub/shower is stocked with towels and linens. Washer/Dryer. Bedroom with queen-sized bed and TV. Upstairs loft with a bunk bed with queen and twin bed and half bath. Covered carport.

40 min to Cedar Point. 15 min to Port Clinton and the jet express to Put'n/Bay. 20 min to Maumee Bay State Park. 30 min to Marblehead. Minutes away from Davis Besse, Ottawa National Wildlife Refuge, and Magee Marsh, some of the best birding locations in Ohio.

Pets allowed only after arrangement. Smoking is not allowed. For renters bringing their own boat and who plan to use the boat dock, per Greencove condo association, renters are required to purchase a one time $15 boat pass and provide proof of boaters insurance
