Fair Street Retreat Historical Cozy Studio Downtown Petaluma

Built in 1870, our Fair Street Retreat is part of one of the oldest houses in Petaluma. We are located just 3 blocks from Downtown Petaluma. Walk down for breakfast at The Tea Room Café or hit the daily hot buffet at Petaluma Market. If you want to stay in, brew some coffee in the kitchenette and sit on the deck under the willow tree.

Our studio suite is furnished with a king bed, 50 inch HD TV, cedar lined closets and a mini kitchenette stocked with coffee, tea and lots of snacks.
