Welcome to a beautifully renovated and well-equipped lakefront home. Upon entry, you'll walk into the open family room, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is appointed with brand new appliances and everything you'll need to create simple or large meals. This floor also features an incredible, large deck with lots of outdoor furniture and grill. This level also features the master bedroom and a full bathroom. Downstairs offers an additional living area and 3 additional bedrooms, full bathroom and large laundry room. There is also a large outdoor deck on this level to enjoy.
Outside you will enjoy this private, large lot with gentle 300 ft slope to the waterfront. Outside cover area close to the waterfront perfect to setup chairs and sun bath! Owners boat dock will have owners personal water craft yet you can tie up your lake toys and swim off the dock. The water and dock photos do not reflect current water levels. Lake Travis is 45% of capacity and therefore the dock is now on the ground. Please check waterdatafortexas.org for Lake Travis before booking. Lake Travis is NOT a constant-level lake

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The setting is incredibly peaceful, perfect for relaxing and recharging. Each morning we enjoyed spotting wildlife, including deer wandering nearby, which made the experience even more special. Fishing right off the dock was such a treat, and the lake views were stunning any time of day. Some of our favorite moments were simply sitting outside on the comfortable outdoor furniture, taking in the calm water and the quiet surroundings. This lake house is a true gem—we can’t wait to come back!

A wonderful place for our family!

We absolutely loved everything about this property, from the boujie coffee maker (seriously I have one on my birthday list now), to the thoughtful touches like personal items in the bathrooms. We loved the decks and the large family spaces inside too. 100% would book this property again

The property was beautiful. Access to lake was fair. Pros: very peaceful, very spacious. My family booked this location for a Christmas getaway for about 10 people. Cons: 1 TV throughout the whole house. The AC unit went out Christmas day during cooking the family meal. We thought it was just the heat from the kitchen. It proceeded into the day, night, into the next morning of checkout. I messaged the host, she did give suggestions on things we had already done. It was miserably HOT. Highest temp reached 84 degrees in a house of 10 people, in which we had a few guests come over to eat Christmas dinner. By midnight it was 82 degrees, so the night was as miserable as it could get on the 1st flr of the main bedroom where I had to sleep with my kiddo. I ended up finding a floor fan in one of the lower bedrooms to make it through the night. The only complaint I had. I feel that for the extra insurance that was mandatory to pay for accidental damages, there should have been something to prorate in cases that things happen like this. I base my needs primarily on reviews from other guests and didn't see any major issues. Another suggestion I would add, that the code to the property should be emailed the day of. We got to the property around 6pm the evening of check-in and I messaged the host and the response time was rather later. I ended up having to call into support and after almost an hour waiting, I was provided the door access code.

Super Cute Place!

Really cute house with plenty of beds for sleeping, and very clean! Location was beautiful and quiet. Lake was dry near the dock due to drought, but that is beyond anyone's control :) House itself is great rental with adorable decor!

Great Family Vacation Property

Great vacation home. The property owner is very responsive and accommodating. We had a great time on the lake. The entire property including the two story house and the private dock on the lake are amazing. Our party included 5 adults and two children and we had pleanty of room to spare. We hope to be back soon.

The house was very unique and set amongst beautiful oak trees. The walk to the lake was down a little road and not too far away. It was well stocked with basic necessities. We are very glad we stayed!

The property is beautiful being so secluded and it’s wildlife. The listing is a bit misleading. There’s a bit of a walk to the water but other then that the communication with the owner, property, and home was great. Thanks!

Excellent Accommodations

We stayed at the property for a family get together. My siblings and a few of their children stayed. There were ten of us total. I worried that we might be stepping over one another, however the property was spacious enough that this never became an issue. The property was well maintained and the wandering deer was an unexpected added delight. If you're looking for some peace and quiet and someplace to get away from all of the hussle and bussle, this place and area are highly recommended.
