• Garage Access: The garage is not available for guest use.
• Setting: This is a true Hill Country lake home — guests may experience wildlife, insects, and seasonal lake level changes.
• Group Type: Best suited for families and relaxed groups. Not a party property.
• Booking Requirements: A signed rental agreement and valid ID are required.

• Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking
• Booking guest must be present during the stay
• No third-party bookings
• No parties or events

📷 Exterior Security Cameras

For guest safety, exterior cameras are installed:
• Facing driveway/parking area
• At the dock, facing the water

There are no cameras inside the home.
Tampering with cameras will result in immediate eviction without refund.

One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

We love sharing our lake house with guests and want everyone — including our wonderful neighbors — to enjoy the peace and beauty of the lake as much as we do. A few simple house rules help make that possible: quiet hours run from 10 PM to 8 AM, so please keep noise low during those times. We can accommodate up to 4 vehicles, so if your group is traveling with more cars, please reach out ahead of time to plan. Our dock is shared with our neighbors, so we kindly ask that you stay on our side only and respect their space and privacy. We truly appreciate guests who treat our home and our neighbors with care, and in return, we hope you have a relaxing and memorable stay. Please note that violations of quiet hours, parking limits, or dock boundaries may result in immediate dismissal from the property without a refund.
