Very nice 3 bedroom, 3 bath home in central Phoenix, safe and comfortable for all. Amazing value with close access to Sky Harbor airport, Old Town Scottsdale, downtown Phx, baseball spring training facilities, and upscale shopping. Camelback Mountain hiking trails are only 10 minutes away. There is a great selection of restaurants in the neighborhood. Pets will love the Park behind the house. Cul De Sac. Very quit and safe. Great neighbors. Side yard and dog run and it's all yours. Walking distance to Sprouts grocery and restaurants. This house is located in the best part of Phoenix where everyone wants to live. This property is really awesome! It's big and spacious and I almost moved in it and sold mine. I've had great renters over the years but I like the pride of owner ship again by going to the house every week and doing little things to improve it.

It's near the best restaurants and area of town. The park is right behind the house. Views of mountains. Quit area and great neighbors. Love this house and location is the best.
