We had a very disappointing experience with this property, mainly due to poor management and maintenance issues. The AC stopped working three separate times, and the temperature inside reached 84F, which made the stay very uncomfortable. There was also a ceiling leak—while it was eventually fixed, it added to the overall inconvenience during our stay.Communication with the property manager was also unprofessional—they referred to me as “lady” in a negative tone, which was frustrating and unnecessary.The home itself needs attention. There was only one towel provided per bathroom, ants were all over the pool area, and there were no instructions on how to use the hot tub. Additionally, the house shows significant wear, with stained carpets and noticeable dirt on the doors, suggesting it has not been thoroughly cleaned.The only positives were the proximity to Disney and the overall space of the home.Overall, this property has potential, but it needs a more professional property manager, updated carpeting, more adequate supplies (like towels), and a thorough deep cleaning both inside and out before I could recommend it.

We’re sorry to hear that this stay did not meet expectations. For context, the air conditioning issue mentioned was addressed and resolved on the same day of the guest’s arrival. The guest had requested an early check-in, which was granted as a courtesy, with prior notice that our maintenance team would still be on-site completing this repair. While our team was actively working to resolve the issue on-site, communication became challenging, as we were receiving messages and calls every few minutes requesting updates, which made coordination with the maintenance team more difficult. Our team acted as quickly as possible to minimize any inconvenience and ensure the home was in proper working condition. We remain committed to maintaining the property and continuously improving both the home and the guest experience.

Fairly good response from the host but had a difficult situation with the pool not being ready when we got there (and the request was reiterated the day before arriving). Owner's emergency line was not responsive- it was a weekend request (2 voice mails and never got a call back). Got compensated for my inconvenience, but money was not the solution.The house is very large, with an awesome backyard in a quiet area. House needs some love- paint, faucets, mattresses.Gated community about 20 minutes from Disney's parks. 10-15 minutes from Walmart, Publix and several restaurants.Waterpark and tennis courts just behind the house not accessible as it was a VRBO rental (reserved for owners or Encore Resort at Reunion renters)

While we understand your frustration, we believe the issue was handled as quickly and responsibly as possible, and the efforts made were not fully reflected in the review. Great stay!

Stayed for a week in June 2022. We've stayed in this neighborhood before and love it! This property was very clean and we had plenty of room! Some items need attention (broken curtains, no sheets on some of the beds) but overall it was a very comfortable vacation. Close to Disney (we went 3 of the 7 days). Would definitely not mind staying at this house again!

Great property with so much space!

We ended up doing a trip with friends and the property was perfect for that. There were 13 of us - mostly couples and 5 singles and everyone got their own bedrooms. All but 3 bedrooms also had their own attached bathrooms so even with a big group there was privacy. Management was quick to respond when we reached out and super friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The management contact was extremely accommodating and responsive. The cleanliness of the house was somewhat disappointing. With some upgrades (carpets, pots and pans, appliances, etc) the house would be better received.

Perfect family fun

This was a great house for my sister and I and our families! It was super close to the Disney parks and even though the house didn’t come with a heated pool and hot tub it was easily added for an additional fee. The manager was quick to respond and the home was clean. The only recommendation would be for extra towels or pool towels! Great experience!!!

Solid House Overall

The house overall was great. Unfortunately the AC would only keep the house between 72-75 degrees which was very hot for summertime, and we had no control over that. It was a bit of a drive to some of the cool areas around Orlando, but overall a great house for a friends’ weekend! Plenty of bedrooms, a nice pool, and enough space for 10 of us.

Good property. Great backyard. Nice rooms. Sandra is a great host. House could use some enhancements. Needs some more and better cooking materials. Garage where ping pong and foosball table were located was too hot to enjoy. Hot tub heat connected to pool heat so we couldn't enjoy a hot hot tub without a hot pool.
