House is amazing wonderful for a big group, just ac dowstairs was good but guess that sleep in all 7 rooms had to go out a buy fans. Ur was warm..

All in all we had a great stay, unfortunately the air conditioning did not work and it could be a little cleaner. Giulio and Bernadette are very helpful and always available.

Great place. Plenty of room. I would make a change with whomever is cleaning the property. They are doing a horrible job. Baseboards, shower door tracks etc were filthy. Not the owners fault though.

Family Fun

The property was everything it was advertised to be. The kitchen was very well supplied with a variety of utensils, dishes and cookware…and in sizes for a large family. Because the house is on a dead end, we had no problem parking all seven of our vehicles…something we were concerned about beforehand. The teenagers especially enjoyed the rec room and the little ones lived in the pool. There is a large grass area behind the house where the kids could play kick ball and throw the football around. We enjoyed our week very much!

Great Week

Had a great family reunion at this house with lots of kids from almost 1 to 12. Things to do at and close to house for many ages. Appreciated the pool safety alarm on the back door with all the little kids. Would come back!

Wedding weekend

We rented the house for the weekend to celebrate our wedding by throwing a dinner with about 15 friends. We had the best time. 9 bedrooms, which held us all. The pool was great. The house was great. I loved it. Giulio was responsive and so kind. I recommend this house 100%.

Family vacation

Our family has nothing but good things to say about this property. It was perfect for our family. It is a well stocked home with everything you might need. We had a birthday celebration and there was even everything you needed to bake a cake. The host, Giulio was terrific to deal with and quick to reply to any questions. Our only comment would be that the fridge is small for a large group. We were 14 and it was a challenge for all food and drinks. We would highly recommend this property. It was amazing!

Picture Perfect Is Not Always What It Seem

The property was as pictured with a few imperfections. The furniture is worn and needs to be replaced in the living room also was the outdoor sectional. The vertical blinds need to be replaced. There was an issue with the pool heater that took 3 days to get repaired. The check in system at the gate was unbelievable. We had guest for Thanksgiving dinner that couldn't get in because they were not on the list and trying to get them added on Thanksgiving Day was impossible. If you have 4 drivers in the same vehicle each would need to be check in and given out a pass for the same vehicle. If one took the vehicle and their name was not on the pass, they would need to get one. I really wish we didn't have to turn away dinner guest. We slept well. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would need.

GREAT LOCATION!

The home was spacious and we had plenty of room for our 21 family members. The kids really enjoyed the pool at the house The resort pools were really nice. We would have liked to have spent more time at the resort pools but spent time visiting the amusement parks and Disney. The host was quick getting back with us with answers to any questions we had before and during our stay.

Great Location

Great location. Only one neighbor who happened to also be from Wisconsin. Might want to have cleaning crew clean around the baseboards. The first floor tile could use a cleaning too. If you walk barefoot or with socks the get completely black. Otherwise our stay was great.

HS reunion

House is very spacious and conveniently located. Everyone enjoyed the private pool and hot tub as well as the amenities offered by the resort. Really appreciated the large dining table that afforded us the chance to have meals together. A wonderful time was had by all.

Family Birthday Celebration

This was the perfect spot for a large family (Parents, 4 siblings with spouses and their kids) to spend the week. So much space to spread out from one another for sleeping however tons of seating to enjoy meals together. The kids especially enjoyed the garage space entertainment. Short drive to gates at the Disney parks, close shopping, and close enough for a day trip to the coast for some beach time. Tons of time spent in the pool and spa. The lanai allowed for plenty of gathering space and the flattop grill was used for almost every meal. Last house on the road, only one side with neighbors and kids had plenty of space to play in the yard. The community pool was freezing cold water, we opted to return back to the house pool and spend our day there. The clean, gated community gave piece of mind for safety. Most definitely a home our family would return.

Nice House

My family stayed in the house for a full week. It was a large group, and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool. The house is close to stores, restaurants and Disney. I would recommend this house.

Why they chose this property

While vacationing in Orlando four years ago we decided to buy a vacation home here. We visited many resort communities but none stood out like Champions Gate. The beautiful golf courses, rolling hills that you don't usually see in Florida, and the Oasis Club made it an easy decision.
We love spending time here. Our boys love it so much that we often never leave the resort!
