Your magical memories begin here, in our gated community. Professionally managed, this property includes 24 hour emergency service, free, private high speed internet, full kitchen and laundry. The resort has 2 heated pools. If one is being maintained, the other is kept open.

Over the years, our cleaners have received a lot of praise from guests. The evidence of that is in the reviews. Going forward, their work is more important than ever. Great stay close to Disney, especially Animal Kingdom.

Comfortable beds, hot water, all the comforts of home. Well stocked with linens, pillows, towels etc. We love staying in condos vs hotels so it feels more like home after a long day at the parks. We've stayed in other Orlando area condos and really enjoyed the stay here. We will be staying again!

Nice condo close to Disney

Very nice condo to stay In. Kitchen was well stocked and condo was very clean. Beds were a tad hard and sheets were a little uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise this is a great place. The neighborhood is quiet and enjoyable. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy much of the amenities but would definitely recommend this place for others.

Perfect spot for family vacation

Perfect location - easy access to highways and local stores. The property is a very well-equipped and CLEANED! Tony the owner was very responsive and the cleaning team did a fantastic job even we had an early arrival. We very much enjoyed our vacation - felt like home and would definitely stay here if we come back to the Orlando area!

We loved staying at the Beauty and the Best! The condo was perfect for our young family. The rooms where decorated really well. Our kids really loved it and kept debating if the Tinkerbell in the dining room was real or not. We loved how clean it was and we all thought the towel origami was great! Our kids also loved going to the pool.

This is a delightful place to stay. The owners' attention to detail in furnishings and decor should be appreciated by all their guests. My husband and I will attempt to return to the "Beauty, and the Best," if we ever return to the area and there is no greater recommendation than that.

Wonderful stay at family friendly property

We had a wonderful stay at this property.Checking in was an easy process with no issues. Our hosts, Tony and Nancy were attentive and prompt with any questions we had during our stay. The condo was spotless when we arrived and we felt very comfortable using all the facilities. We are a family of 6 with two young children and this was the perfect size for us. The kids loved the pool and the Disney themed decor in the condo.

The location was fantastic and the place was immaculate. The cleaning crew was top notch. Please let them know. Price was very reasonable. Please make sure you let the cleaning crew how great a job they did.

Spacious and well maintained property

This is a perfect location for access to the Disney parks and exploring the Orlando area. The accommodation is very well kitted out and in great condition. Lots of space for relaxing. The communal pool and spa facilities are good and the development had a friendly vibe. Communication and information from Tony was excellent. Really enjoyed ourselves - thanks.

Charming place for a wonderful Orlando stay!

Condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed for an 11 day stay in the area. The kids loved the Disney touches! I loved that everything was as advertised - a homey, cozy stay that made our vacation perfect. Beds were comfortable :) Enjoyed the hot tub on property after long days in the theme parks (just wish they were open later than 8). Kitchen was well stocked. Owner was attentive and willing to assist, but didn’t need anything :)

Absolutely Amazing!

The place is exceptional! Tony is very professional, prompt to respond and address concerns. He made sure everything was on point during our stay. Our family of 5 couldn’t have chosen a better place to stay. Everything was great from start to end. The place was clean and neat, neighborhood and facilities are quiet and nice. Can’t wait to be back, we’ll definitely be staying there again in the future.

Fabulous Stay!

This is by far the best rental experience I’ve ever had. Tony’s communication was exceptional and the property was better than described and pictured. Immaculately clean, very spacious, and adorable animal and Christmas decorations that were tasteful and not a toddler hazard. The whole place was nice and bright with a good number of electrical outlets. Well stocked kitchen. Amazing portable crib (better than just a pack’n’play, though that was also available) and high chair. The neighborhood was well taken care of and we were just steps from the pool. And best part, only a 20-25 minute drive to the Disney parks with traffic! I’d absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Tony!

Overall it’s a well kept condo. That we’d stay at again The only drawback is I didn’t realized when I booked it it was on the 2nd floor and u had to carry everything up the stairs. Which the way my wife packs a suit case it’s heavy Also don’t sure if it’s a Florida thing but the water pressure isn’t very strong which makes taking a shower much longer and in the long run U use more water. But we enjoyed our stay and u like to stay again.

Solid experience

Overall we had a good stay at this condo. It was clean, the kids loved the decor, and for the most part, it was comfortable. Just a few things would really make this exceptional--the thermostat had a note that it could not be set to under 75 degrees. If you're like me and have trouble sleeping when you can't set the A/C lower be prepared. Also, small touches--the trash can in the kitchen doesn't have a lid (trash smelled after just two days), no dishwashing sponge or paper towels, and no laundry soap when asked to throw a load of towels in before we left (we did, but used our own that we brought). Just a few small things that could make the stay exceptional!

The condo was so clean and tidy. Very well stocked with essentials. Gorgeous and fun decorations. There was a pool & gym that we didn’t have time to check out. Perfect distance from Disney & Universal. Quiet. Local grocery store a mile down the road. 10/10 recommend. Will stay again. Hosts were great and accommodating. Loved reading the guest book.

We have been sharing our property through VRBO since 2008. My wife and I are big fans of Disney World, and the warm weather Florida offers in winter months.
I was born in England. My wife was born in Canada, with lineage to Scotland and the first European settlers of the American Colonies.
We are retired now, but our grandchildren are so cute, we can only spend a few weeks away from them at a time.

Why they chose this property

Between 1986 and 1999, our kids were young and we stayed in Disney World every Spring Break. One day my wife asked why we had never purchased in the area. I told her we were on vacation and the weather was too good to waste a day with a real estate salesman. The next day, it rained so the hunt for a great property began.

We tried other parts of Florida, but kept coming back to Orlando for the youthfulness, diversity of entertainment and ease of access. From our location, most parts of Florida are a day trip. A network of highways, designed to bring people into Disney World, gives us easy access to the state.

While you are here, you can stay in this gated community or wander miles of quiet residential streets. Our neighborhood is a secure friendly environment where travelers and residents share the sidewalks and restaurants. At the pool, families from around the world meet and share stories of their adventures.

Our trips to Florida were always a special time. Vacations are one of the few times families spend entire days together, eating, talking, sharing experiences and creating memories.

By sharing our property we hope you are able to make some memories of your own.

What makes this property unique

We chose this property because of its open concept, spacious rooms and large windows throughout. The private 10 x 10 Sun Deck can host dinner for the entire family, breakfast for two, or a late night sip of wine with friends.
The property is located close to Disney World, but the network of highways that brings people here allows easy access to multiple cities, beaches, attractions and international airports. Within a few minutes of leaving the door, you can be on a multi-lane highway to any part of Florida or a local attraction.
