The place was clean and well-maintained. Whenever I had a question or concern, Rick responded quickly and was always helpful. Parking was easy, with spaces conveniently located right in front of the building, and the front gate added an extra level of security and convenience.

My family and I love going to Windsor Palms every year. So when we saw this property being listed, we thought it was perfect and that the price was reasonable. The rooms looked exactly like the pictures and they were all very clean, cozy, and well decorated. The Disney themed decorations definitely made us feel vacation ready and gave us that magical feeling. I also liked how stocked the property was with the cleaning supplies, coffee supplies, etc. The hosts also communicated with us effectively about the property details and I definitely felt well prepared when first entering the area.

The pictures didn't do the property justice. The only regret was that we didn't have enough time to enjoy all the amenities of the resort. I highly recommend this property.

This was our second stay here and we enjoyed the close proximity to H2O water park, and all of the surrounding restaurants and shops to go to. The community this condo is in feels safe and our kids enjoy the Disney themed rooms. Host communicates well and is responsive. We definitely plan to return.
