Close to golf and spa! Lakeside Beach Cottage

Our beautiful 3 bedroom cottage is located at Lakeside Beach, one of the most stunning beaches in PEI. We are located on a large private corner lot, within the Lakeside Beach cottage community. The cottage community is next door to golfing at the Links of Crowbush Cove.

It is a short walk (8-10 minutes) to the beautiful, white sand Lakeside beach where you can walk, relax, swim, build sand castles and watch the sunset.

The Space
Our cottage has a large kitchen with open living room, equipped with all you may need for your vacation; including TV, internet and board games for rainy days.

The kitchen includes a fridge, stove, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery.

The cottage has 3 bedrooms and sleeps a total of 6 people. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have double beds, the third bedroom has two single beds. All linens and towels are provided. A washing machine, dryer and clothesline are also available for your laundry needs.

Off the kitchen is a large screened in porch, equipped with a dining table and chairs, as well as a cozy sitting area for socializing, reading or enjoying your morning coffee.

Recently installed heat pump. Air conditioning can now be enjoyed on those hot summer days.

Beach towels
Beach chairs
Beach toys
Propane BBQ (Tank will be full upon arrival. If additional propane is required, it will be at the expense of the renter).
There is a fire pit at the side of the property for roasting marshmallows and making s’mores. Roasters are provided.
Two adult bikes and one child bike, as well as helmets.

To Note:
Two minute drive to the famous Links at Crowbush Cove golf course.

Twenty minute drive to the Mysa Nordic Spa

Five minute drive to Morell where you will find a grocery story, liquor store, gas station, bank, family restaurant, icecream bar, kayak rentals and bike rentals to use on the Confederation Trail.

St Peters Bay is a 15 minute drive, Greenwich Beach a 30 minute drive, Charlottetown a 30 minute drive, Montague a 30 minute drive and Cavendish a 50 minute drive.

Rates:
7 day minimum booking during high season, Sunday to Sunday. (Other requests may be considered)

Maximum occupancy is 6 people. For any additional guests there will be an additional charge of $25.00 per person, per night.

Cleaning/Admin fee - $125.00

Damage deposit - $250.00.

No smoking

No parties or events.

One dog allowed by pre-approval only.
