Come and stay at, "The Martin", our completely renovated, 3 bedroom two bath waterfront home. Our property on Winter Bay, offers every amenity you will need while exploring our Island. Uniquely located close to the National park beaches, yet only 15 minutes from Charlottetown. We are literally minutes from beaches and everything the "Green Gables" shore has to offer. This region includes Cavendish, Avonlea and over 10 golf courses. Must see Dalvay, Stanhope & Brackley Beaches, as well as, North Rustico Harbor, New Glasgow Lobster Suppers, Stanley Bridge are just a few of the great areas to explore during your stay on Prince Edwards Island.

"The Martin"; waterfront property can accommodate up to 6 people including children, and comes complete with a fully equipped Kitchen, Great room with large Dining and Living areas. Air Conditioning, Washer and Dryer, as well as brand new Beauty Rest Queen mattresses in all 3 bedrooms, two new full bathrooms are just some of the updated features of this home. Enjoy the water views and all the wild life that abounds from the huge screen room with BBQ. Floor to ceiling natural stone fireplace adds to the tasteful décor and finishes in this beautiful home. Large deck areas and a huge yard, with access to our private sandy shoreline. This is the perfect place to enjoy both sun rises and sun set evenings.

Don't miss all the activities, festivals and fairs that are happening in historic Charlottetown, the birthplace of Canada, only 20 minutess from our door. We can always suggest the best places to dine and spend your time while you are on "our Island". Multiple generations of our family have lived and loved this property and you can feel that warmth when you enter the home. The owners are close, but still far enough away :). Always available to help you with anything you need.

A great property on the water that was well equipped and comfortable. Pearl, our gracious host,checked in with us upon arrival to answer any questions we may have had then was easily accessible but hands off for the rest of the stay. The house was roomy and very clean with many areas to relax and watch nature outside. The location was perfect for our needs. I’d book here again next time we are in PEI

The Martin

Pleasant stay in Corran Ban

This is a well equipped home and it is as described! We stayed with friends and had an enjoyable time. It’s a short drive to Delvay, and Stanhope beach. A few amenities are close by. Thanks to Pearl for her friendly and welcoming nature!

The Martin is a wonderful place to stay on the north shore of PEI. We were 3 adults and 1 child, tons of room, kitchen completely outfitted, screened-in room was our go-to for meals. Fun to walk along the beach, but better to drive a few minutes to swim (Stanhope, Covehead, Dalvay...) Our amazing host Pearl stopped in, and suggested a nearby restaurant (Fin's Folk Food) which did not disappoint.

Lovely stay !

Very nice and quiet. Away from the busy tourist areas. View of a bay was nice. Accommodations were as advertised - just great !! and Pearl was so helpful with any questions.

Had a great stay! Pearl was very nice and gave us some info of things around. I had forgotten to buy coffe for us in the morning, and she brought us some from her home, super nice of her! I would book again.

the best host and central location.

Such a wonderful host. She was there to greet us and answer any questions we had about the place, area, restaurants, history..... It was a joy to stay there. Lots of room for our family and very well equipped and central location. We all wished we had a week longer to stay and relax there.

Pearl greeted us warmly. She takes a lot of pride in her home. The house was comfortable and well equipped. Sheets and towels were good quality.Beds were comfortable. Couches/chairs in good condition and comfortable. It was great to have a washer and dryer available after a lot of days on the road. As listed in the description -- bring all the groceries you will need- nothing close by. Bring shampoo and body wash.Screened in porch was great. We would stay again.

Great stay on PEI

Although we didn’t have the best weather (extreme heat and then a solid day of rain), this property suited our needs to visit PEI. Beautiful waterfront views from back deck and a screened in porch to help avoid mosquitoes! Pearl, the host, was so nice and this house is so well stocked with anything you could need!
