Ocean Front - 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths- Great View, Perfect Location!

Enjoy front beach views in this 3-bedroom unit- great location- with only the pool and sand dunes separating you from the ocean. The pool in front of the unit belongs to the HOA, and is open during the warmer months (not heated); no lifeguards on duty. The pool opens on April 1st and closes on Nov. 1st. Beach views can be enjoyed from the master balcony and from the living area and screened porch. The pool is just steps away. Well maintained, clean and well stocked, this unit enjoys many repeat renters.

The floors are wood, tile and stone: There is no wall to wall carpet. Three full baths, 3 bedrooms: queen beds upstairs in both bedrooms, a set of twins are in the bedroom on main level), all linens provided except beach towels..3 night min. stay.

Please note that we have a NO PETS and NON SMOKING policy. The unit is located approximately midway between the reception center at Wild Dunes and the golf course at the end of the island. The beach is wide. This is a townhouse style, with 13 steps into the main floor; there are no elevators. A maximum number of adults: 6. The unit sleeps 6 (two queens) & a set of twin beds on the main level. The sofas are slip covered in white denim, and bedspreads are cotton for easy washing. The unit is not child proofed and we do not provide infant or toddler furniture. That can be rented nearby. Good restaurants are plentiful and a local grocery store on the island is well stocked. Golfing is open to the public and tee times are advised. Tennis is available by booking through Wild Dunes. The pool in front of our unit belongs to our HOA and is available during Spring and Summer.
In order to have access to the fitness center and swim center (Olympic sized heated pool), one must book through Destination Wild Dunes. This applies to all rentals booked through VRBO. So, There is no hot tub at our condo and the only pool is the one in front of the cond.
We think you will love the location and proximity to the beach, with a pleasant screen porch and balcony to enjoy the views. *NOTE: Maintenance is ongoing with beachfront properties. Our management company tries to handle this in the fall and winter months, but there are times when that is not possible. Pools must be cleaned, buildings must be painted, parking lots coated, etc. and we will do our best to let renters know when these are taking place, if we are advised.
The Official address for deliveries: 6800 Palmetto Dr. #58, Isle of Palms, SC 29451. Within Wild Dunes, most refer to just the unit- 58 Beach Club Villa. Our unit has been updated along, but is not "like new" as are those which book at almost double our rate in the same complex. If you are looking for affordability in the best spot, we are a great option.
