Lovely Oceanfront Townhouse with golf cart and oceanfront pool access

Just added a Golf cart for all new rentals booked from march 28 going forward! New Owner has ordered all new luxury furniture for the screened in porch- Both seating area and dining area. They have also added new luxury loungers on sun deck. New mattresses for all beds. Refurbished the kitchen with everything you will need to include a free standing 29 bottle wine cooler. New large "smart" Tv's in the living room, master bedroom , and downstairs guest room - with Comcast/Xfinity + 3 wifi boosters. Brand new outside shower (beach side) A new second refirgerator for guest use in the garage. New pictures will be coming the last week of April.
Come be our guest at our three bedroom, three bath oceanfront Wild Dunes Townhouse, located in the desirable Beach Club Villas. While staying at Wild Dunes Resort with all of it's family friendly experiences is delightful in and of itself - the main attraction of this lovely property is oceanfront, oceanfront, oceanfront!

From the moment you open the front door of this small piece of paradise, you see the beach and ocean stretched out in front of you. Pause, take a deep breath, and start to relax...
Let me walk you through the door. As soon as you enter, you will see the kitchen off to the right, a staircase leading upstairs on the left, and a short hallway with a fabulous view to the combined living and dining area, with a wall of sliding doors to the screened in porch and the dunes, beach, and ocean stretching as far as the eye can see. My bet is even with groceries and suitcases in hand, you will not be able to resist the sirens pull of the ocean. You head straight for the screened door throwing the door open for your first breath of ocean air and inhale

Ok - Back to earth. The screened porch is perfectly set for both relaxing and dining. Brand New furniture has just been ordered (Feb 28, 2019) and should arrive sometime the first week of April. We will post pictures then. Perfect for both morning coffee (if you don't use the upstairs open air deck but we'll get to that later) and evening cocktails with friends and family.

Walking back into the townhouse will lead you to the spacious open living/dining area, with large comfy sectional, huge TV, and a dining table for eight. At this point I need to mention that we certainly provide Wifi for those guest that just cannot seem to really disconnect.

As with all of our other properties, the galley style kitchen, with its stainless steel appliances, comes fully equipped with everything you will need to entertain family and friends. From picnics on the beach to family dinners - this kitchen has everything you will need. Most of this is all brand new (February 2019)

The spacious downstairs master bedroom, while not oceanfront, boasts a new king sized bed, luxury linens, down pillows, and 350 thread count sheeting. This room also offers a large wall mounted TV (again, brand new). There is an attached bathroom that can either be private, or shut off from the rest of the living area. This room would be perfect for that guest that really doesn't need the extra burden of going upstairs when it's time for a nap.

Taking the stairs to the second level takes us straight to the large master suite. The beautiful upstairs master bedroom offers a king bed with luxurious 350 thread count cotton sateen sheets and fluffy down pillows. You can enjoy the crashing waves from your bedroom or just kick back and watch your favorite television show (or movie)on our wall mounted 52" TV (brand new) Enjoy your morning coffee from the adjoining private oceanfront deck while reclining on the brand new deep seating loungers - or use it as private get away to curl up with your favorite "Beach Read"

The second upstairs bedroom, with its own bath, has a bunk bed (full size mattress top and bottom with added twin size pull out trundle), also with 350 thread count sheets. This room also has a wall mount large screen TV so kids can enjoy hanging out.

That's it for the fabulous townhouse with the exception of just a couple of other offerings. I need to mention that Beach Club Villas also offers a private (only for BCV guests)oceanfront pool. Great for jumping into on your way back from the beach to get all that salt water off! At this particular BCV, it's right next to your screen porch so you really have to walk past it to even get back home.
