Comfortable duplex with terrace, heart of the village
In the heart of the historic village of Valbonne, our apartment of 85 m2 is located 30 minutes from Nice airport.
Recently renovated, the apartment consists of a living room, 2 bedrooms and a kitchen overlooking a roof terrace.
2 steps from the apartment, you will find bakery, restaurants, small supermarket, cinema, walk departure, free parking ...
You can eat in the kitchen, living room or on the terrace where a rolling shade will give you shade.
In the first bedroom you will find a bed of 160 and in the second 2 beds of 90 cm, all with anti-mite bedding.
If you prefer, the sofa bed 160 cm from the living room is also available.
You can add 1 cot.
The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower.
Storage is available in all bedrooms and in the bathroom.
Wifi available.
Washing machine available.
The village is pedestrian and several free parking are available around the village.
Sheets and towels provided.
