HOUSE CANNES PALM BEACH 3 P GARDEN IN PEACE 400M CROISETTE

Rent old fisherman's house completely renovated, ideally located close to the beach (350m) - Croisette (400m) and all shops (convenience stores-bakery-pharmacy-post office-newspapers-hairdresser-fishmonger-butcher-bank distributor 200-250m) in withdrawal from the street (private road) in a peaceful green setting in a garden, Pointe de la Croisette. An oasis of tranquility, we park the car and everything is done on foot! The luxury of a real vacation!

The 135 m² fully air-conditioned house has an enclosed garden with trees of 150 m2 and a large south-facing terrace of over 15 m2 equipped with blinds with garden furniture and teak dining table for 6 people, deckchairs, garden shower, Weber electric barbecue.
All rooms in the house overlook the garden.
On the ground floor, an entrance with separate toilet WC, a 44m2 living room with fireplace, large bay windows, with sofa, armchairs, table 6 chairs, flat screen TV, wifi access.
An independent kitchen equipped with new appliances: large fridge-freezer, microwave, 4-burner hob, washing machine and dishwasher, espresso machine, toaster.

Upstairs: 2 separate air-conditioned bedrooms with quality beds of 180x200 (2x90) and 160x200cm, a bathroom with WC, bath-shower.

For 6 people, we open the annex adjoining the house and you then have: a third bedroom with a 160 x 200m bed and a bathroom with WC and walk-in shower.

Free public parking area at 80m and free parking on the street and in the surrounding streets or possibility at 400m from a covered paying car park La Croisette.

Absolutely loved this property. I cannot wait to go back. The entire experience was flawless. Communication was easy. The home is perfectly situated near shops and restaurants, but also tucked away for optimal privacy. We were greeted by a lovely woman upon arrival and the home was absolutely spotless. Not one concern. Loved it so much.

We stayed in the house 3-4 times now and look forward to coming again. Very comfortable and tidy place only a few minutes from the Croisette in a calm residential area. The house is very well equipped and all stores you may need for daily needs (bakery, supermarket, etc.) are within a few minutes walking range. Definitely a recommendation.

Relaxing stay in a peaceful setting

Our host was gracious and flexible, especially when one of our party, traveling separately, arrived an hour earlier than we had planned, and he allowed her to conduct check-in. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. Water pressure is strong, and the master suite has a luxurious overhead shower head plus a shower wand. Location is in a quieter area, but the beach and and amazing restaurants are all with 10-15 minutes walk. Would stay here again!

The house was nice newly renovated and the owner responded quickly to our requests. Unfortunately the wifi was down for almost a week and the smell from the first floor bathroom was a little unpleasant. Some of the furniture was in need of replacement but the overall experience was still good.

Exceptionally appointed property. A peaceful oasis.

The villa is in a busy residential area surrounded by apartments. However, it is very peaceful and secluded. The property has been developed to the highest standard with great aircon, kitchen and bathroom. Lovely beach 5 mins away. I favoured Plage Gazagnaire it was not too crowded and has good facilities. You can hire Paddle and Kayaks there also. Be prepared to park and stride as the streets near the villa are very full with cars. I managed to find a parking place each day within about 4 minutes walk of the villa.

It took hours to get the keys. The internet did not work. They did not care or come to fix it. The place was in a wierd alley, there was no can opener, nobody really cares to offer a nice place to say, just to earn money by offering little. Very disappointing.

Lovely home - great location - a hidden gem

You won't be able to see this property from the road. It is hidden down a path with a locked gate. We really liked the location because it is away from the busy center of town, but you can walk or Uber to get there. It is also close to the beach. It has a lovely back yard and the house is light and bright. The downstairs has an inviting living room and kitchen as well as a half bath and laundry room with washer and dryer. To get to the bedrooms, the stairs are narrow, so just be careful. The two upstairs bedrooms are private and there is a full bath as well. We were there in the summer and the house had air conditioning that worked well. The owner and manager of the home were flexible with check-in when our train was delayed. We did pay an extra fee for late check-in, but we had no problem with that. The manager was very kind and accommodating.

The house was a nice size and has plenty of room. There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. The beds are comfortable. There are two full bathrooms (one up and one down) and one half bath on the first floor. The kitchen is a nice size and everything is easy to use. The location is great as everything you want to do in Cannes is easily accessible by walking. At first the location of the property was a turn off as it is tucked away down a small alley. The furniture is tired and really in need of replacing. Parking is not easy depending on when you are arriving. There is parking close by, but if you are trying to park during the day, you most likely will not get a spot. The owner also only supplies the bare minimum of household supplies. We had to purchase toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and body wash. However there were two little shops near by that made that easy to do. We were only staying for 3 nights, so we obviously had to leave those things behind. I think this would be great as a week or longer rental as opposed to a short term rental.

Good Location

The house is quiet and nice but the light was terrible in my room only ( downstairs I spend all night with the light in and out a mask to cover my eyes , because it was broken . The lady that works there is wonderful the owner does not appeared . She does . They fixed the lights 3 days after we arrived . The bathroom downs stairs smells like a dead rat sometimes . At least I did sleep because Oliver told the Lady to put down the brakes for my room meanwhile . Even though I loved the quietness and the space in the garden Alf the glass windows even the garden was not very well taken care of . In General it was nice because is near the Port and hotels and is a very good location.
