Independent apartment for holiday rental, located in Progreso beach, in Yucatan, Mexico. Just 30 min away from Merida city, and 10 minutes walking distance from Malecon of Progreso.

This is two bedrooms and two bathrooms 120 m² apartment, capacity for up to 6 people. All the apartment has air conditioning, hot water, an amazing terrace with ocean view and hammocks to enjoy the fresh weather, and a charming living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen. There is a pool in the building, parking, and security 24h.

Very nice stay 10 minute walk to town. Very safe and quiet. Could use some cleaning supplies. Totally recommend staying here. Thanks Ada and Gabriel. Hope to return.

great location - but very used appartment

good and safe neighborhood, nice appartment complex. nice seaview from balcony. internet works very well. carpark locked at night. beach access just around the corner. walking distance to malechon.the apoartment itself is ok. floors, walls, furnitures, bathrooms, appliances dishes etc. are all very used and old. most of the windowlocks are damaged, the door to the balcony can not be locked at all. no beach umbrella or - loungers, no cleaning utensils at all. no mexican or beach feeling at all. there is no written guest information (tours, sightseeing, restaurants etc.) neither in spanish nor english). housekeper isbel and her isband are very friendly, always on duty and heartly helpful nice people (only spanish speeking).

Worst experience!!

This is the epitome of over promised and under delivered!!Washing machine did not work properly, dryer is non existent!! No toaster, we had to go buy the blender, the kettle is so rusted it is not usable. If you think you are getting a deck with four chairs you are not!! If you get suite 3B the deck is very small and you have to hang your laundry there. The furniture has sooo many stains on them that you feel dirty every time you had to sit. Some updating of supplies and furniture is definitely needed!! We will NOT be returning to this condo.

Beautiful and spacious apartment with lateral view of the ocean - Gabriel the property manager provided a great welcome and provided quickly an understanding of the AC operations, ice maker and TV channels
