The main living room overlooks the pool and beach, providing a stunning backdrop for your stay.

The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals at home, or you can take advantage of the villa’s optional chef services for a truly indulgent experience. Casa Bella is spread out over 4 levels and features 5 bedrooms each with its ensuite bathroom and Satellite TV. The main floor guest room has a small terrace that leads out to the side yard and beach. The basement suite has a family and media room and a separate bedroom with a king-size bed. It also has two entrances, one from the exterior and one via an internal staircase. The 3rd-floor master suite is a highlight, with panoramic ocean views, a private balcony with a jetted Jacuzzi tub, and access to a rooftop terrace for stargazing.

Beautiful Escape

What a wonderful spot for adults and kids! We loved stargazing on the top deck, swimming in the pool, hunting hermit crabs ( and letting them go) and the little breakwaters on the beach made for great fun for our tribe if 4-8 year olds.

Beautiful home and lovely stay

The property is beautiful and clean. We had a wonderful time. The keep the grounds as beautiful as the interior, and we felt safe and secure even with young kids. The crib and high char were very helpful!For others' awareness with kids, there is no washer/dryer or dishwasher, so expect to need to hand wash bottles etc. The staff did some laundry for us at a good price, so that solved the laundry needs.

The property we booked had an air conditioning issue so the owner offered us a choice between three other properties at the same price. Each of these properties were on par or better (imo) than the original listing. The Check-in process as fairly straightforward; high speed Wi-Fi included and worked as expected throughout the entire stay. We rented a vehicle and was allowed to park inside the driveway. The road leading to the property desperately needs refinishing but once on the grounds of the property, I totally forgot about it.

Saying how amazing, phenomenal, spectacular and breathtaking this property was would be an understatement. The location exceeded all our expectations. Originally, our intentions were to stay in Tulum but "settled" on this property due to its appeal and beach front location. Everyone in our party is trying to plan another stay at this property.

Beautiful oceanfront property

We truely enjoyed our visit in Akumal! This home was exactly like the pictures. The housekeeper and gardener did a fabulous job with keeping the premises clean and comfortable. Loved this home and truly enjoyed staying in Akumal. Highly recommend La Taverna restaurant for Italian food, Jungle Fish restaurant for their whole fried fish and La Hoya for their margaritas! So much fun!!! Thank you!

They were the most hard working people. This was one of the best vacations I had, everyone loved the house and the grounds!! Would love to come back again!!

The quiet and tranquility of the location along with the amount of space you have is amazing. House is in impeccable condition, the staff are super and helpful. Love that you can walk down the beach and mix with the resorts, grab food a drinks at a couple places or hop in the car and be in Playa del Carmen or Tulum in 30 minutes, Akumal as well is a charming little area. 5 full suites with private baths were appreciated, air conditioning and bottled water dispenser so no worries on water. Sonos wireless speakers in and out, we had a bluetooth speaker we bought there and left behind as well. overall a place I would and will return to again soon.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Three couples, two singles, spent a week at Casa Encantada and all agreed it couldn't have been improved upon. Perfectly clean. Excellent caretakers (Andres and Laura were efficient and delightful). Kitchen well supplied (and we were a group of cooks; knives must have been replaced since last negative review; we had no complaints). Loved that there were many seating areas and people could find places to be alone or in small groups. Pool was simply delightful. The young people tried to swim off the beach, but it was too rocky. And we didn't see anywhere we felt comfortable launching the kayaks. But everything else was so delightful we didn't miss it. Hired Chef Daveed to prepare a birthday dinner and would highly recommend him as well. And, when there was a bit of a problem beyond the control of the owners, the property manager responded promptly and efficiently. Do not hesitate. You will love this place.

Peaceful and Relaxing House on the Beach

Our family stayed in Casa Encantada for 9 days in March 2020. The home is modern and gorgeous. We appreciated the outdoor areas, especially the pool and large palapa. Each night we fell asleep to the sound of ocean waves and the breeze whispering through the palm trees. Laura, the housekeeper, kept the house clean and sparkling. Things we did: swam and jumped off the cliffs at Jarden de Eden Cenote, scuba dove in Akumal, snorkeled in Akumal, visited the Monkey Preserve (an interesting albeit somewhat odd experience) visited the Coba Ruins (go early to beat the crowds and the heat.) We played in the ocean. Make sure you bring water shoes as the beach directly across from the house is very rocky. We had to hold my parents' hands to keep them from stumbling on the rocks on their way into the water. We also enjoyed dining at several Akumal restraunts: Taverna (owned by the owners of this house-you get a 10% discount and the food was amazing! Our favorite restaurant in Akumal. We went for dinner twice!) La Lunita, La Buena Vida for drinks and snacks (great view!) the Jungle Fish (just two houses away - so easy) and Lol-Ha. We cooked dinner at the house a few times. The kitchen is lovely, however they could use a few more items such as bowls, measuring cups and spoons, scissors, mixing bowls, etc. At night we enjoyed going up to the rooftop to look at the stars. So beautiful! We loved our time at this amazing house and would highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway along the Mayan Riviera.

Reservations promptly responded to offer date change, which suited us fine, and we re-booked for late July. We arrived on a Sunday so we used the key-box to get the key and let ourselves in, we were delighted to find the house in impeccable condition with the outdoor spaces especially better than the pictures. We were two families with a total of 9 and it was perfect, plenty of space for everyone, great beds, closets, bathrooms for each room, super views from 3 rooms and the others very acceptable. The kids were happy to find the downstairs TV room in addition to the spacious areas on the main level. The master bedroom with a wonderful outdoor jacuzzi on the large balcony was amazing. best of all are the outdoor spaces which are expansive with a very functional dining table under a nice palapa, a really nice pool looking onto the ocean and a wide garden which provides a great ambiance. The direct access to the beach is great, the beach itself is limited right in front of the house with allot of coral which makes it a little difficult to get in and out, a short walk toward Akumal Bay and the beach expand and the water is great. The highlight of our stay was the service, we booked with added chef service for breakfast and dinner, in a word it was "outstanding", the quality was excellent and really great value. It made our stay all the more comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable.In addition, the daily cleaning and maintenance service provided by the staff was outstanding. We did not move around much as the house is so great on its own, although we had rental car. We did drive to Tulum where visited a cenote and had lunch on the beach, we also rented a yacht out of Puerto Aventura which was nice.Overall, it was an amazing experience, great property, great location, and above all incredible service and attention. Well worth every penny.

Stunning property!

Everything about our stay was perfect! The house looks even better in person. The rooms are really comfortable, and the view is breathtaking. We were a group of 7 (2 couples and 3 teenagers) and the house had several indoor and outdoor seating areas that were ideal for everyone. The couple who takes care of the house, Laura and Andres, were beyond lovely--very gracious and accommodating. Our concierge David was super helpful and always replied to our questions very quickly. The owners of the house have an amazing Italian restaurant in town, La Taverna, which we ate at 3 times during our week-long trip. The staff there was also very attentive, particularly the manager Elda. We would definitely stay here again!

Well Maintained beautiful home

The staff Laura and Andreas were wonderful. The house and outside area is exceptionally well cared for! And gorgeous. We were hoping to step outside and snorkel everyday. However the sea is very shallow rocky and rough. A 10 minute walk along towards Akumal Beach it is sandy and calm. However the sea life is not exciting! You can pay to see turtles but being snorkel addicts we've seen many turtles in the wild without paying The area is lovely with a constant breeze. It was very windy at times however that's very refreshing. The pool has one depth and is deep. So not suitable for young children. We would love to return and stay again.

Casa Encantada

This is beautiful house with all the amenities one could ask for. Andres and Lara were there every keeping the property and house immaculate. Due to circumstances out of my control I ended up by myself at this huge home and still enjoyed it so much I will be coming back in a few months.
