About this property

Newly remodeled townhouse with 5 bedrooms & 4 1/2 baths with hot tub.

This beautiful and recently remodeled 3000 square foot, three story townhouse is located on the 2nd fairway of the Classic Golf Course and walking distance to the main lodge, the golf pro shop and cross country trails and ski hills.

The townhouse is modern and fully equipped with cable and free Wi-Fi is available. There are 6 TV's including a brand new flat screen smart HD TV in the family room and a new 65" smart TV in the newly remodeled basement.

The master bedroom has another HD TV, full master bath and a walk in closet.

The loft bedroom has 4 beds, a full bath and walk in closet
It also has also has a HD TV and is a great place for the kids.

The basement is newly remodeled with two more bedrooms with two beds each, a beautiful bar area and large 65" smart TV along with a foosball table. One of the bedroom also has a new smart TV. A great place to gather after a day on the links or the slopes.

The rear patio/deck has a hot tub, BBQ propane grill a six foot round patio table with 8-10 patio chairs. It is only a step down to the back yard and It overlooks the #2 fairway of the Classic.

There is a portable fire pit in the garage for your use and also a community fire pit within walking distance and a heated outdoor pool year round.

There are two bicycles in the garage and two corn hole games.

We can accommodate 10-13 comfortably.

This townhouse is only 2 miles east of US 75 and 1 mile from downtown Gaylord. It is located in the golf Mecca of the Midwest. Golf Digest rated it as the top 5 golf destinations in America.

It is only 7 miles from the world famous Tree Tops golf resort and 1/2 hour from Garland resort. For skiers, the condo is located at the Otsego Ski resort and Boyne Mountain is only 30 minutes away. Tree Tops also offers sking and is 10 minutes away.

For family fun, Macinaw Island is only 1 hour away and you can pick from 4 casinos. One is only 1/2 hour away. The towns of Petoskey, Charlevoix, and Boyne City are all within 45 minutes. Travers City is about an hour away.

We had such a wonderful time at your property. The hot tub was great, all the amenities for fellowship foosball, cornhole, fire pit, were all well received and well used! The host, Dan stayed in touch and was easily accessible, the property was ultra clean and well outfitted!

My wife and I are both from Michigan and love to vacation in northern Michigan. We are both avid golfers and enjoy the great variety of golf courses Michigan has to offer. We are also the owners of The Legacy by Arthur Hills, a great golf course in southern Michigan. My wife is a registered nurse in a local hospital in Toledo, Ohio and I am a retired fire fighter. I also enjoy skiing at both the Otsego Ski Resort and Boyne Mountain. Thanks for checking out our home in Gaylord Michigan. I'm sure you will find very comfortable for your vacation.

Why they chose this property

We traveled to Gaylord on golfing trips quite often because of all the great courses in the area. We stayed at the Otsego Club many times and always enjoyed it here. When the new townhouses where being built at the Founders Village, we decided it was time for our own vacation home.

What makes this property unique

There are 30-40 golf courses within a 1/2 hours drive with many only a few minutes away. There is skiing on site as well as Boyne Mountain only 1/2 hour away. There are a couple of casinos near by and Mackinaw Island and Traverse City are only a 50 minute drive. And don't forget the spectacular fall colors. It is also a very easy drive up US 75.
