This beautiful and homey decorated , three story condo is located at the Summit Ridge Condominium Site. The condo has beautiful views of the Sturgeon River Valley.

The condo is modern and fully equipped with cable. There is a flat screen TV with a DVD player. The upstairs master bedroom has two closets and a beautifully remodeled master bathroom. The shower has two showerheads and granite countertops. The basement has two bedrooms with full size beds and they share a full bathroom with a shower. The third floor has a queen size bed, it's adjacent to the loft which has a pullout couch. There is a full size bath with granite countertops and a tub/shower. There are also two twin size beds over the garage.

It's a great place for the kids and family to get away. We can accommodate 10-12 comfortably. The multi level condo allows alot of people to have their own space.



Keywords: This condo is only 2 miles east of US 75 and 1 mile from downtown Gaylord. It is located in the golf Mecca of the Midwest. Golf Digest rated it as the top 5 golf destinations in America.

It's a long driver's distance away from the Otsego Club which has the Classic and The Tribute courses. It is only 7 miles from the world famous Tree Tops golf resort and 1/2 hour from Garland resort. Boyne Mountain is 20 minutes away. For family fun, Mackinac Island is only 1 hour away and you can pick from 4 casinos as close as 1/2 hour away.

Otsego Condo

Very nice place and perfect for 10 of us (5 couples). House was clean on arrival, close to skiing, fully stocked kitchen and everything we could have asked for. We will stay here again!

Gaylord Vacation

We stayed at the condo for a family ski vacation at Otsego Resort. The condos was a perfect spot and great location with fantastic amenities and comfortable accommodations. The kitchen was well appointed with every thing needed for a family dinner. The bedrooms and bathrooms were immaculate and had plenty of room for guests.

Awesome stay in Gaylord!

Great place! Very clean, decorated beautifully, and had everything we needed! It’s centrally located, next to Otsego club (skiing, golf). Less than an hour to Mackinaw, 15-20min to Boyne ski mt/Boyne city, and many other locations close by. Host was very responsive and checkin was a breeze! Highly recommend this condo!! Thank you for letting us stay in your amazing condo!

Positive Experience, Great Stay

Check-in was a little confusing as the code only worked for the garage door, but not the front door. The host, Ryan, was very responsive with answering any questions about the property and very accommodating. This was a business Field Deployment and all the guests loved the condo. This Field Deployment may become an annual event and the guests all agreed that they would love to stay in Ryan's condo every time if available. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Family Weekend

I’m used to hosts that provide a lot more information (because they are probably a business). But in no way I’m complaining, just not something I am used to. The weather was pretty bad our first day, so the tv and internet weren’t working. There wasn’t much communication with the host, so I took matters into my own hands, by unplugging everything and then it works. Haha!The place has a lot of sleeping space, which was needed with 3 adult couples. But the living room was a little cramped. Icy entrance from icicles on the roof, but came up with a solution to make sure no one slipped. It was a perfect location! Easy to get to Otsego, Treetops, and downtown. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great experience overall. Host was easy to work with. Condo had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Location was quiet, convenient and had an attractive and well-groomed grounds. We had only five adults, and there was plenty of sleeping space we did not use.

Otsego Ski Weekend

Stayed here 3 times to ski at Otsego Club and have had a great experience. The condo is very spacious, clean, has been kept up to date and is conveniently located less than one mile from the Otsego Ski Resort. The owner is great to work with and very helpful and repsonsive. Looking forward to staying here again!
