* Check-in time starts at 4 PM and check-out time is before 11 AM to allow us to prepare for the next guests.
* Quiet hours start at 8 PM until 8 AM, so please be considerate of our neighbors by keeping noise levels down during the night.
* Kindly keep windows and doors closed while the air conditioners are in use.
* No parties or events are allowed on the property to maintain the peaceful environment around. In case of any damage or mess caused during your stay, penalties may apply.
* To ensure a healthy and pleasant stay for everyone, we maintain a strict no-smoking policy. This policy encompasses traditional smoking, vaping, and the use of electronic cigarettes. We kindly ask that you refrain from smoking in any form within the premises, including indoor and outdoor areas.
* Kindly throw away excess food to a green bin inside garage or hide it away in the fridge. Please don't leave unpackaged food on the counter. Kindly throw away recycle garbage into a blue bin, and all other garbage into a black bin.
* Kindly use free available parking spaces on the private driveway. The time limit of the free visitor’s parking on the street is 3 hours. No parking is allowed on the street in the winter (Dec 1 – March 31) between 2 am and 6 am.
