Luxury Trinity Bellwoods 4 bedroom / 3 bath House
Our Trinity Bellwoods 4 bedroom/3 bathroom (all ensuite) furnished newly renovated home is ready for you - 27 day minimum booking in Toronto but I think 31 day booking avoids tax! Please contact me on the platform and I will let you know if your dates work or if we can make a shorter stay work! Availability:
- May 31st through the summer
**Minimum of 31 day bookings (no short term occupancy tax charged by the platform) and I can reimburse you for the days you don’t stay.
Large open plan, double-width main floor will keep your group bonded for your entire stay. The double width room is pretty rare in this part of town.
You will benefit from 2500 ft2 over two floors, with your state of the art fully equipped kitchen and open plan main floor and outside area. The sunny front porch complete with a 6 burner BBQ is great for the warmer months.
Vibrant Trinity Bellwoods park just a 2 minute walk away! If you have pet, it is likely the best off-leash dog bowl in the city.
Walk everywhere: 20 minutes to Bay and King ; 7 minutes to Ossington Village; 5 minutes to Dundas, 2 minutes to Queen St and a 15 minutes to Lake Ontario.
*Utilities - flat fee of $500 per month
*Basic damage deposit of $2700 for the house and $1200 for each pet

Why they chose this property
Trinity Bellwoods must be the trendiest part of Toronto with Queen St West and Ossington Village just a few minutes walk away. Trinity Bellwoods has the best dog bowl in Toronto, Tennis courts, Pickleball and the Community Centre where you can book anything. Best bars, restaurants, clubs. You are 15 minutes from the banking district and a few minutes walk to the best yoga/pilates/weight training gyms.

We have colourful warm furnishings and a large open plan double width main floor which is pretty rare for the houses in this neighbourhood.
