Outdoor spaces to enjoy the front porch or backyard sitting area. Ideally located 10 min fr Disneyland, Knott's, shopping, SNA, Honda Center and Angel stadium; Chapman Uni, 20 min fr beaches; 1-hr from downtown LAX, LA and 1:15 from SD attractions. Also nearby CHOC and St. Joseph Hospitals and freeway friendly. Enjoy tranquility for awhile!

You may place dirty dishes in the sink or diswasher however the silverware & silver edged china cannot go in the diswasher or they will be damaged.
