Quiet, convenient location

The house was clean and had all of the essentials. It’s in a great location with easy access to Newport and Costa Mesa. There’s a nice park a few steps away and you could easily walk to restaurants and shops from the house.

We loved our stay. The house is located in a great neighborhood. It is close to all the activities we went to. There is parking at the house which is rare in some areas of the city. The house was very clean and beautifully decorated. We all slept well. There was no city noise. We enjoyed all the beautiful flowers on the property. We had fun drinking our coffee on the patio every morning. Grocery shopping was very close by. I highly recommend a stay here!

My husband and I had a very nice stay at this property in Costa Mesa. The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed to prepare meals.The space or ADU in back of the owner’s home was spacious and private enough for us and there was a nice small yard for our pooches. The neighborhood was very walkable with so many good restaurants nearby most of which our host Vanessa recommended. All of our questions were answered promptly. Parking was through a very tight driveway in the back of the home so would be good for a small vehicle but there was always street parking available. The few things we would recommend for this property would be to lower the TV by a foot on the wall, to place a hook to hang hats or leashes next to the entrance, and to place a towel bar in the second bathroom. Another added plus was the washer and dryer which really helped when being away from home for one week. We would definitely recommend this home with ample space and a nice yard with a BBQ grill to enjoy.

The property was so simply but beautifully decorated and had just the right kitchenware and other amenities. The outdoor area was beautifully landscaped with comfortable outdoor furniture. Everything was very clean.
