This beautiful premium villa is located in Davenport, Orlando. Only about 15 minutes from Disney World Orlando (about 10.7 miles away. Actual travel time depends on traffic situation) and about a 2- minute walk to the Resort clubhouse and pool; this villa is the ideal location for a memorable, family vacation. Each Unit in the complex is owned individually by a private owner so no one unit is alike. This townhome is a spacious 1856 sq foot end unit with 4 Bedrooms (two master suites)/3.5 Bathroom home fully air-conditioned with an new AC unit installed at the end of 2023, the home is beautifully furnished with all new furniture, mattresses, etc. Accommodation are excellent, clean, cozy and of good value; it includes access to free Wi-Fi, free telephone service to the US and Canada, access to the swimming pool, lazy river, a water slide, and other resort facilities. It is very spacious and comfortably sleeps 9 people. The townhome offers free, private off-road parking for 2 vehicles. The 4 Bedrooms consists of one Queen Bedroom, two King Size Bedroom both with private full bathrooms and one with two twin bed below and a full size upper bunk bed. This Home has 3.5 bathrooms in total, all bathrooms have a tub for bathing the little ones. All bedrooms are furnished again with all new furniture and mattresses. Our home offers a equipped brand new kitchen with quartz counter tops and all new stainless steel appliances. Our dining area and living room are furnished comfortably and include a 65" Flat screen TV. We also have a laundry room where you will find a full sized new washing machine and a tumble dryer. Our home is privately managed by a local property management company that lives on premises for quick attention when needed. The resort also has a 24-hour guest reception and the property is a gated community with a private security guard at the entrance.. You will find the management and resort staff friendly and helpful so your stay in our home will be a vacation filled with beautiful memories. Please note: For your safety this home is actively monitored with a ring door bell located at the front and back door of the property. The property manager as stated above lives close by in case of emergencies.

There is a $20 +tax /day Resort Fee that you will need pay when you Check-In to the resort. at the front desk. The Resort Fee will allow you to have unlimited access to the pool that features a lazy river, water slide and separate adult pool. There is a resort also has a gym, restaurant, pool side bar, ice cream shop and a game room. One daily fee covers all residents of the house. The fee is collected at the front desk during your check-in.
