Elite Town Home Villa With Pools/SPA Regal Palms Resort-Free Wi-Fi/Long Distance

Our brand new Elite Home located 5 minutes walk to the club house and the pool area.

Newly renovated house is available for you to enjoy !!!

Our luxurious home is 3 bedroom with 3 full bathroom 2 story home that sleeps 8.
- Free secured in home Wi-Fi
- Free long distances call Canada & USA .
- Free 2 car parking in front of our home.
- No parking allowed on the street

The Villa is located at Regal Palms Resort and Spa. A $20/day (plus tax)fee is due upon check-in. The fee is per house not per person. This fee enables you to enjoy the resort amenities:
- Pools: 2 heated pools with kiddie pool water slide and lazy river
- Fitness center
- Sauna, steam room, hot tub, and showers .

Enjoy the hot tub and lots of seating around pools and children's play area. They have white sand volley ball near pool and outdoor tiki bar.

As the busy season is just around the corner, we would like to remind everybody that charcoal and gas grills are not permitted on Regal Palms property. Basically any grill that operates with an open flame is not permitted to be operated within the resort. Electric grills are permitted.

- The home is protected by a Ring Video Doorbell. Camera is not monitored for Guest safety in any way and should not be relied on by Guest for personal security or security of their belongings. Cameras may be used to enforce and verify compliance with rental policies. Any damage caused to Doorbell and its camera by Guest or Guest’s party may result in a partial or complete loss of deposit funds



Family room has 2 full size couches with s 55' LED TV with 300 HD channels.
Bedrooms have ceiling fans , wall mounted 32' LED TVS , alarm clock , and cordless phone. Baby gates also provided to secure top and bottom stair case.
Bathrooms have blow dryer as well.
Dinning table great for 6 people.

Fully Equipped kitchen.
Kitchen has fridge , stove, microwave, dishwasher,
coffee machine, blender, toaster, tea kettle, dishes,
silverware, pots & pans, all utensils you might need.

For families with small children a pack & play pen, high chair and stroller is available.

Resort is minutes away from all major activities in Orlando
- about 8 miles to Disney area and parks
- about 12.5 miles to Old Town
- about 19 miles to Sea World
- about 20 mile to Wet 'n Wild

Perfect getaway for the family

We loved it,we walked to the pool daily and spent a few days at Universal studios which was around 35min away.lots of restaurants close by and the host was very nice and attentive.We will definitely be back

This is my 3rd year at Regal Palm. Place was very clean, first time I didn’t see cockroaches. Everything worked great, beds were comfortable and all the rooms had a TV which was a plus especially when you want to unwind after playing all day. Would definitely choose this place again.

It was a nice stay. Host left great directions. Checkin process was quick and easy. Resort area was nice and I liked having shopping center literally 5 mins away. The townhouse was nice, smaller than expected but we overall had a good stay with the family.

Everything was great and a smooth process. We arrived before the check in time and spoke with property management who allowed an early check in. They called the front desk and spoke with them to approve us. Everything was clean and bed was very comfortable. Would recommend staying here! Pool was great and not far from Disney parks!

We stayed at this condo for 4 nights and enjoyed every minute. The accommodations were perfect for a family of 5 which included 3 children. After a day on our feet running around Orlando, we were happy to retire at the end of the day in the comfort of the condo. The mattresses were amazing and helped to reinvigorate us each night. The water park on site was a very social and fun environment for our children as they met new friends every night. We highly recommend this condo and complex to families of all ages!

A fabulous experience

The accomodations were great. We will definitely check availability next time we come here. The rooms and layout worked great for us. We had 4 adults, a 5 & 3 year old and a 9 month old baby. The furnishings were very nice and met all our needs. The kids loved The pool with the slide, moving river , hot tub and dive-in movie. The owner was very accomodating. We were walking distance to the pool and activity center. Definitely would rent again.

We had a great time. The listing said it was located across the street from the pool area and it was about a 5 to 10 min walk. Not bad but not across from the pool. Also the owner said their were pool floats and there were none. The home was clean. The queen bed was terribly uncomfortable. The resort was really nice

The house was spacious with good size rooms and equipped with pretty much everything you need. Spent 6 nights there without any issues. We enjoyed the pool and waterslide. The only complaint was that the front desk had me marked as a no show and also lost all of my paperwork that I had filled out, which was very strange. After being in there for quite some time, I asked for a manager, who got everything sorted out.

Great value with great pool

The condo is very nice - I suspect it is one of the better maintained ones in this resort community (with a number of weekly rentals). Host was great about addressing a minor issue with the place (first day). Lots of extras in the condo (hairdryer, crock pot, etc.) plus TVs in each bedroom. Pool was very nice. Reviews that say Regal Palms is militant about outside food and drink was not the case for us. Of course they don't want coolers and glass and booze at the pool (but no issue with subtle and respectful drinks at the pool). Kids lover the slide and lazy river. Would stay again.
