House Rules for Casa del Rebote 1.—The owner agrees to provide the accommodation in perfect condition in terms of cleanliness and the use of the facilities, with all equipment functioning properly, and to resolve, to the extent possible, any problems that may arise. Guests are shown around the house and familiarised with all its facilities, and their proper functioning is verified. 2.—Upon arrival at the property, guests receive these Rules of Use, which are deemed accepted upon signing the registration form. They will also be provided with an inventory of all items and utensils available to them. They will be shown around, and everything will be checked to ensure it is in order. 3.- Unless otherwise agreed, the stay will begin at 4:00 p.m. on the first day of the reservation. 4. Check-out must take place no later than 12:00 p.m. 5. If a guest has not vacated the accommodation by that time, it will be understood that they are extending their stay by one additional day. In any case, any agreed-upon extension of the stay at the property will always be subject to mutual agreement between the property management and the guest. 6.- When the keys to the property are handed over to the guest, the invoice for the total contracted amount will be presented for payment in cash. 7. Before checking out of the house, the property manager, accompanied by the tenant, will inspect the house and its furnishings to verify their condition. 8. The guest will be responsible for any damage caused by negligence or misuse, as well as the costs of replacement. Tenants are required to use the facilities responsibly. In the event of evidence of vandalism or reckless use of the facilities, the owner reserves the right to terminate the rental agreement at any time, in which case the tenants must vacate the premises immediately. 9.- In accordance with current regulations, to make an advance reservation for the house, 40% of the total rental amount must be deposited into a bank account. This amount is considered a down payment towards the total rental amount. La Casa del Rebote will confirm reservations by any means that provides a record of the agreed-upon price and the required advance payment or deposit. If the cancellation is communicated to the establishment more than 7 days but less than 15 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, the establishment may retain 50% of the advance payment. If the cancellation is communicated to the establishment within 7 days prior to the scheduled check-in date, the amount received as a deposit or down payment shall remain at the establishment’s disposal. If guests fail to arrive at the establishment by 9:00 p.m. on the date scheduled for the start of the stay without prior notice, the reservation will be considered cancelled. 10.- If deemed necessary, a security deposit will be required prior to the guest’s arrival, which will be refunded once the final cleaning has been completed. 11.- In accordance with current legislation, upon arrival at the house, the Check-in Form must be completed with the information requested by the Civil Guard for all persons over the age of 16. 12.- Occupants may not engage in any disruptive, unsanitary, harmful, dangerous, or illegal activities in the house. We strongly urge you to respect the right of other guests to rest by avoiding disruptive noises such as loud conversations, high television volume, etc. 13.- The contracted capacity of the accommodation may not be exceeded. Under no circumstances may the authorised capacity be exceeded. 14.- No one other than those who have rented the rural house may stay or spend the night there, unless expressly authorised by the owner. 15.- Exchanging furniture, utensils, clothing, etc., between the different apartments is not permitted. All items listed in the inventory must remain in each apartment. 16. Pets. (Please enquire.) 17. Bachelor/hen nights or parties of any other nature are not permitted. 18.- The owners of the holiday rental are not responsible for the behaviour and/or actions of the guests. 19.- The establishment reserves the right to refuse admission. 20.- The guest must sign these house rules upon receiving the keys. 21. Data Protection: Personal data will be included in a personal data file, the purpose of which is to ensure the smooth operation of the lodging service. You may exercise your rights of access, correction, or deletion regarding this data at any time by submitting your request to the address of the data controller.
