Beautiful newly restored house, bright and quiet in a picturesque hamlet on the edge of the Regional Park of the Monts d'Ardèche, located 200 m from hiking trails, 800 m from the river Dunière and 3 km from the DOLCHE VIA beautiful cycle path 90 km along the Eyrieux (bike and canoe rental nearby). You will go shopping in nice markets full of local products: chestnut cream, honey, goat's cheese, among the small vegetable producers who surround us. Mont Gerbier de Jonc is 50km away, the famous Chauvet Cave is 79km away.

The house consists of a living / dining room / fitted kitchen, washing machines, dishes, large fridge / freezer, oven, hob, microwave, iron etc. There are 2 bedrooms: one with a bed for 2 persons, 1 with 2 beds for 1 person, a sofa bed in the living room. Cot and high chair. Internet access, wifi. A large sunny terrace (non-adjoining : go down 3 steps and 5 meters) with flowers, barbecue, deck chairs, garden furniture, parasol and shade sails is exclusively reserved for your meals outside, nice aperitifs.

A "dormitory" of 2 beds can be added to the rental of the cottage (15 € / night / pers.).
The cottage is not suitable for person with mobility problem.
