In a very quiet area at the foot of the bike paths between the beach and the city. Completely renovated house. Very neat interior. 3 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms with 160 cm bed with memory foam mattress and 1 bedroom accommodating 3 'children'). Fitted kitchen, open to the living room / lounge with working fireplace. New furniture and bedding, all bed linen (beds made on arrival) and household linen are optional. Washing machine and dishwasher. Shower room with large Italian shower and 2 large stone basins. Separate WC. Large garden, veranda. Parking space inside the property and one outside.
Impeccable cleanliness. Loan on request of baby equipment.
Beaches, surfing, lakes, jet-skiing, fishing, golf, forest, cycle paths, horse riding, tree climbing, tennis, bicycle rentals, a nearby Casino and restaurants offering all local specialties and a small amusement park. Surf schools. Large tourist market Thursday and Friday

Great house in a nice neighbourhood

Very comfortable, great outside area and well equipped! Very suitable for families. The beds were also very comfortable. Christelle, the landlord, is very friendly and supportive! The only "downer" is the smell of the paper fabrique nearby but it is luckily not constantly. Thank you ahain, we had a very great time!

Nous avons passé un super weekend .Tout y est dans la maison très soigneusement décorée et entretenue.L extérieur est tres agréable.La literie est divinement confortable.Christelle et son mari sont tres agréables et proreactifs et de tres bons conseils pour les restaurants .Bref je recommande plus plus ce logement qui de plus est tres bien situé. Vous pouvez reserver les yeux fermés. Si je peux me permettre mais ce nest qu'un petit détail : un porte manteau ou des crochets au mur à l'entrée serait un petit plus .

Very nice house with everything you need

the house is equipped with everything you could wish for. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The beds are super comfortable, I've rarely slept so well. There's even a Playstation if it rains :) la maison est équipée de tout ce que vous pourriez souhaiter. La cuisine ne laisse rien à désirer. Les lits sont super confortables, j'ai rarement aussi bien dormi. Il y a même une Playstation s'il pleut :)

Das Ferienhaus ist außergewöhnlich schön und es hat dort an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage in Mimizan-Plage und die Nähe zum Strand und Meer sind herrlich.

notre hotesse Christelle nous a accueillies avec chaleur rt gentillesse. La maison est super agréable à vivre, dans un quartier totalement tranquille et residentiel. Le coin feu c´est la cerise sur le gateau !!! mais les espaces exterieurs sont trés confortables et conviviaux... pour couronner le tout un terrain de pétanque (boules fournies :-) ) Allez y les yeux fermés pour des vacances réussies !!!

Großartiges Haus!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Haus. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieter sind sehr sehr freundlich. Tolle Lage, mit Hund direkt am Wald zum spazieren gehen und mit dem Fahrrad etwas 5 Minuten zum Strand. Ausgezeichnet, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 😃.

La maison est joliment décorée, agréable, propre et bien équipée, et très bien située à environ 10 minutes de la plage, dans un environnement très calme. Christelle et son mari se sont montrés très gentils, accueillants, arrangeants et vraiment disponibles. Notre adolescente et nous avons passé un séjour très plaisant. Nous recommandons cette location.

Ein sehr angenehmes Haus

Das Haus ist außerordentlich gut ausgestattet. Die Anzahl des Geschirrs, der Töpfe, Pfannen ist super. Es ist quasi alles da, Kaffeemaschine, Espressomaschine usw. Die Terrasse bietet sehr viel Platz, sogar eine Boule-Bahn ist am Haus. Auch ein paar Tage mit Regen konnten wir so gut aushalten. Christelle die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einen rundum angenhmen Aufenthalt in Mimizan.

Très bonne adresse. L'hôte est très gentille et arrangeante. La maison est bien aménagée, bien équipée et avec la cheminée fonctionnelle c'était parfait pour notre location de cette fin d'année. Tout près de Mimizan plage à pied et à proximité de sentiers en forêt, on peut faire de superbes ballades. Je conseille vivement cette location.

Papierfabriek overlast van geluid en stank in huis rondom huis en op het strand

In de omgeving van vakantiehuis staat een papierfabriek. Deze papierfabriek produceert vooral na 18.00 uur veel geluidsoverlast. Ook in de nacht. Naast deze geluidsoverlast produceert deze fabriek een ondraaglijke stank. Vooral op de stranden is deze stank duidelijk aanwezig. Maar ook in en rondom het huis, vooral als er onweer is. Wij zijn vertrokken na 4 dagen.

Des vacances reposantes et tout confort

Un très bon séjour dans la maison de Christelle qui nous a très bien accueilli . Les lits faits à l' arrivée ont été très appréciés après notre long voyage ainsi que la grande propreté des lieux . Le quartier est très calme , la piste cyclable est juste à côté tout comme la forêt landaise où nous avons pu nous promener facilement.
