Beautiful single-family house "Palot 63", built in 2020. In the resort 600 m from the centre of Mimizan Plage, 1 km from the sea, 8 km from the lake. Parking (for 2 cars). Shop, grocery 600 m, shopping centre 6 km, restaurant, bakery, bicycle rental, bus stop 600 m, sandy beach "La Garluche" 600 m, indoor swimming pool 7 km, bathing lake "Aureilhan" 9 km. Golf course (9 hole) 7 km, surf school 600 m, riding stable 9 km, cycle lane 200 m. Nearby attractions: skate parc 400 m, Au Paradis Du Papillon 48 km, Eco Musée de la Marquèze 47 km, Parc Aventure Accrobranche 7 km.

Upper floor: kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 1 induction hot plates, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Nespresso) extra) with air conditioning. Exit to the terrace. Shower, sep. WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), shower/WC. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 190 cm), 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). Wooden floors. 2 terraces 40 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs. Nettes, zentral gelegenes Haus

Ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer Neubausiedlung, es ist geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Negative Punkte: Es war nicht sauber als wir eingetroffen sind. Wir haben dies bemängelt u. uns wurde zugesagt, dass nochmal gereinigt wird. Dies ist nie erfolgt. Der Parkplatz wirkt noch wie eine Baustelle. Es hat auch nur ein Auto Platz. Erste Mängel wie defekte Markise und lockerer Handlauf. Das Zimmer mit Stockbett hat kein Fenster und ist eine dunkle Kammer mit Schrank. WLAN ist miserabel.

Sehr schönes Objekt in guter Lage

Grundsätzlich ein tolles Ferienhaus in einer Neubausiedlung zwischen Ortskern und Kasino. Die Lage am Hang ist toll, somit hat man von der Terrasse aus einen Blick über die Dächer der Siedlung, die grundsätzlich sehr eng bebaut ist. Das Haus ist geräumig und ansprechend eingerichtet. Gerade die Küche ist toll ausgestattet und die Waschmaschine ist ein gutes Plus. Auch die drei Terrassen mit unterschiedlicher Sonnen-/Schattenlage haben uns begeistert. Allerdings gab es für uns auch negative Punkte. Das Objekt war nicht sauber als wir eingetroffen sind. Wir haben dies bemängelt und uns wurde zugesagt, dass nochmal gereinigt wird. Dies ist nie erfolgt. Von der unteren Terrasse blickt man auf Parkplatz und Hof, was immer noch wie eine Baustelle wirkt und nicht ansprechend ist. Die zwei Autos, die angeblich im Hof geparkt werden können müssen schon sehr kleine Kleinwagen sein. Wir sind mit unserem Auto gerade so die Einfahrt rein und raus gekommen. Außerdem zeigen sich an diesem doch noch recht neuen Ferienhaus erste Mängel wie z.B. eine schiefe Sonnenmarkise oder ein Treppenhandlauf der sich löst. Das Verbundzimmer kann eigentlich nur mit offener Glastür genutzt werden. Der Raum mit dem Stockbett hat kein Fenster und somit keine Belüftungsmöglichkeit. Da er sehr klein ist wird es schnell stickig.

Bisher hatten Gäste noch kein Problem mit den Parkplätzen, dennoch, sollten diese zu eng sein, so beachten Sie bitte, dass entlang der Straße ebenfalls geparkt werden kann. Zu der Verbundzimmer Türe möchten wir Sie darauf hinweisen, dass sich die Türe (Schiebetüre) schließen lässt. Zögern Sie nie auf das lokale Team bei Problemen oder offenen Fragen zuzukommen, damit rasch geholfen wird. Wir freuen uns auf ein Wiedersehen als Gast mit uns. La maison est neuve , entièrement équipée, rien ne manque, de plus l’emplacement à 5 mn de la plage est idéal. L’équipe Interhome Mimizan est toujours accueillante réactive et disponible pour répondre à nos moindres questions.

maison neuve construite à flanc de dune, tout est moderne aussi bien dans l'aménagement optimisé que la mise à disposition des ustensiles divers, comme l'aspirateur Dyson !, à 10mn de la plage nord, la plus belle de Mimizan. l'équipe de Interhome Mimizan est aux petits soins. merci

Maison neuve

La maison est construite sur 3 demi-paliers et donc ne convient pas pour des personnes à mobilité réduite Dommage qu'il n'y ait rien (pas d'huile ni sel etc.....) Étant arrivés tard, nous n'avons pas bénéficié d'un kit d'accueil Sinon, comme la maison est neuve, rien à redire.
