The Garden Cottage is the perfect spot for an individual or couple looking to have a quiet space for themselves in Moab. The cottage offers cool A/C, free wifi, in-room mini-fridge and microwave, and more! Plus with convenient access to downtown Moab, breakfast, lunch or dinner are just minutes from your doorstep. Please note in the cooler months this is heated with radiant hot water and the heat does make noise in the pipes. There is a bbq grill in the common area near the outdoor dining. Utensils are not provided in the unit for the grill, but guests are welcome to use it if you have your own utensils.
Pet-friendly, please notify the owner if you plan to bring a pet. No more than one pet allowed. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be in a crate if left unattended.

Easy getaway

Actual unit is small but it was all that we needed (place to sleep & shower) after exploring the parks in the area. Well stocked with amenities both in unit and on the property (refrigerator, microwave, ice maker, fans, etc. in unit & hot tub, outdoor seating, out of unit on property grounds) Would definitely come back!

Lovely spot right in downtown Moab

This was a great little cottage - perfect for our needs. I also appreciated the little touches like tea, coffee, paper plates, etc. Definitely recommend!

Adorable Cottage

Adorable cottage stay that allowed our dog. Bed was comfy. Easy to walk to downtown Moab. Fridge and microwave were handy. Although, FYI, only the bottom plug on that outlet works. Pretty landscaping and relaxing garden.

Amazing cabin!!! Great location and only 10 minutes to entrance to Arches National Park. Easy walk to downtown Moab with cute shops and restaurant. Fully equipped with everything we needed. Thank you!!

Overall a good place and great location. Noisy boiler in cottage was annoying at night. Hot tub was great. Keypad entry made access easy

Great Location

We loved almost everything about this cottage: super comfy bed, convenient location, fast wi-fi, hammock and hot tub in the yard. This was a wonderful spot for us to base our Moab area adventures from. There was only one drawback: the boiler is right next to the bedroom and it was very noisy at night. (I'm a light sleeper.) Other than that, this was a sweet place to stay.

Moab stay fantastic

Great location walk to restaurants and retail. Ice machine in room was amazing. The grounds were beautiful chairs and tables outside was a great bonus. Arches was less than 10 minutes away.

Convenient and Cool

Moab was having a record heat wave so something I wouldn’t necessarily have thought of - the effectiveness of the AC - turned out to be very welcome. Otherwise, this is a super-convenient place with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. Parking is easy. The cottage is clean and comfortable. Oh, and the ice maker was a great touch because, well, see above.

Great property to explore Moab!

We had a wonderful time. The property is in the heart of Moab and exactly where you want to be. It’s clean and very well maintained. It’s waking distance to the restaurants and cafes in Moab. We spent all our time at the national parks so didn’t get much of a chance to enjoy the property but the common spaces were definitely a great touch.

Cozy stay in Moab

This garden cottage was perfect for my husband and I. It was very clean and cute. There are more cottages on the property, but it felt very private. The shared courtyard was beautiful! It was also a nice perk that we were able to do a 5 minute walk to get to the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. Would definitely book again for our next trip to Moab!

Great for groups

We stayed in the Garden Cottage and friends stayed in the Guest House. It was a great place to stay as a group. We were able to gather in the Guest House but have separate spaces when we needed. It was also really close to Main Street and we were able to walk downtown. I definitely want to visit again!

Quaint

Becky’s place is tucked away in a mini oasis. The proximity to town, a path to walk the dog and private courtyard were the highlights! We spent the morning hiking and biking and the afternoon relaxing in the yard. The dog had to stay on a leash and yet was content. The house is small, doesn’t have counter any space and the only sink is in the bathroom. There is no kitchen and I fault myself for not reading the amenities carefully. That said, we had a good couple nights and we’re happy to have stayed.
