Quiet neighborhood home with mountain and red rock views

Located at the end of the street next to its sister rental home, this home has very little traffic around it and features fabulous views of the Moab Rim and the La Sal Mountains. There is plenty of parking on the street and driveway. Large kitchen that opens up into the living room and dining room makes the house feel roomy. 2 Large bedrooms comfortably contain 2 queen beds in each and a central bathroom rounds out the rooms in the home. Laundry, Wifi, Cable TV, BBQ grill and patio picnic table are all included for your stay. Only a quick minute from the highway and about 10 minutes to downtown Moab allow quick and close access to anywhere you want to go and explore.

Great house in quiet neighborhood.

Four of us stayed here for a motorcycle trip. The house is great for that. Plenty of parking and the host allowed us to keep the bikes in the back yard out of sight. Would stay here again.

Quiet and Cozy

Great place just outside of Moab

First time visiting Moab and it couldn't have been a better experience. Very nice place to stay and unwind after a long day on the local trails. Quiet neighborhood and the host was excellent. Would definitely stay here again!

This VRBO home in Moab is spacious and close to the National Parks. It was located close enough for food shopping, but outside the traffic-prone areas of town--just what we wanted. We enjoyed sitting outside to catch the sunrise and sunset. The backyard is fenced, so the view of the mountains is unobstructed by dwellings nearby. Beautiful. This home is perfect for a large group since there are 4 beds, plenty of seating around a large table and large comfortable couches. It can also serve the needs of a couple or small family.

This was a wonderful place to stay. It was away from the hubbub of Moab, but yet very convenient to the town and all the attractions. The house was immaculate, and very comfortable. Every amenity we wanted was there. I would definitely stay again.

Quiet Stay

Very quiet area, nice house , nice views of surrounding mountains, enjoyed few chickens around and few horses near by, country feel even though some businesses near . Very short drive into Moab.

Fun in Moab

Really enjoyed our time in Moab and this house worked out perfectly. South of town location worked out well, it was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy ourselves. One thing that would have been nice is some outdoor patio furniture, the views from the patio area were wonderful and it would have been nice to be able to sit outside.

Perfect for our Family!!

The house was perfect for our family of 7 and the kitchen was AMAZING!! We made a full Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we could need and more. The kids loved playing on the grass and the views are amazing. (Make sure you go out and stargaze at night!!). Everything was super clean and there were plenty of linens and extras. A little drive to arches and dead horse point, but worth it. Wonderful stay. Hopefully we will be back.

We want to move in!

We stayed for 5 days with 3 adults and two kids. The house was more impressive than the pictures. The kitchen is my dream kitchen! The kitchen, bathroom and laundry room were supplied with just enough for our stay. We only had to supply the food. The yards are fenced in amd tge parking was perfect large vehicles/toys. The view from the front yard is so beautiful! We would definitely rent here again!

Great stay!

This house was immaculate! We were initially a little concerned how close to the highway it was, but it was super quiet and just south of town. We loved being able to get away from the hustle and bustle. This beautiful home was perfect for us and don’t forget to stargaze while you’re there in the backyard. It’s a must! Convenient to town, restaurants, grocery stores, and, of course, Arches National Park.

Great Stay

Great property for our stay. Had a couple trailers so we had a spot for those. Not too far from town and in the middle of some of the trails we rode. The house and accommodations were in excellent condition.

Great Home-Base for Exploring Moab Attractions

Wonderful house with all the amenities in quiet neighborhood south of Moab. Great home-base location for exploring Arches & Canyonlands NP, Castle Valley, La Sal Mountains, Colorado River and other attractions. Definitely would stay there again!
