Mimizan diekt am Strand

Die Lage und die Wohnung sind großartig! Der Außenbereich ist großzügig, nur durch die Wohnung zu begehen und windgeschützt. Leider gab es den Gasgrill auf den Bildern nicht mehr sondern nur einen Kugelgrill. Das Ein- und Auschecken ging nur auf Französisch. Auch in der der benachbarten Surfschule sprach man kein Englisch. Im Obergeschoss sind drei Zimmer die sich ein Bad teilen, mit separatem WC. Zwei Zimmer davon haben eine Terrasse. Es wurde vorher gefragt, ob wir die Betten einzeln oder als Doppelbett haben möchten. Das untere Zimmer hat kein direktes Bad. Man hat das G-WC und ein schönes Bad das man durch dem Wohnraum erreicht.In der Küche fehlt es an nichts. Was die Wohnung perfekt machen wurde, wäre ein Wasserhahn vor der Eingangstür, um sich die sandigen Füße abzuspülen. Wir würden die Wohnung sofort nocheinmal buchen. Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen dort. Vielen Dank das wir eine schöne Zeit dort haben durften..

Die Wohnung ist besser als auf den Bildern. Kann ich nur empfehlen, super Lage und super Ausstattung

Wir hatten super ferien hier, wir waren 8 personen und die wohnung und terrasse war sehr grosszügig, wir hatten auch bei schlechtem wetter genügend platz. Die ausstatung war super, alles was es braucht war vorhanden. Einfach hinfaren und ferien machen :-) top

Schönes modernes Objekt direkt am Meer

Ein schönes und modernes Haus am Meer in zweiter Reihe. Wir haben mit der Familie ein sehr sauberes und liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit 4 Schlafzimmern (3 Do-Betten und 1x Kinderzimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten!) bewohnt. Alles was das Herz begehrt war vor Ort. Ob Fahrräder oder Gasgrill. 2 Bäder mit bodenebener Dusche und 2 separate Toiletten mit Waschbecken sorgten mit 8 Personen für ausreichend Platz. Parkmöglichkeiten vor dem Haus auf. Wir würden es sofort wieder buchen. (Fernsehen hat allerdings nur französische Sender). Entfernung zum Ort ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Zum Strand 50m. Abwicklung und Kommunikation mit Vermieter und Hausservice vor Ort war hervorragend. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Viele Grüße Familie R. Schilling

très bon séjour

La maison est très bien placée, en face l'océan et en 10mins du centre à pied. Très bien équipée et décorée, on s'y s'en bien. Photos conformes. Yannick (contact) est hyper réactif et très sympa. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Fantastisch verblijf, zeker voor surfers

Zeer vriendelijke en enthousiaste ontvangst door de eigenaar. Hij was vlot bereikbaar tijdens ons verblijf voor het beantwoorden van enkele praktische vragen. Een mooi uitgerust, proper, ruim en luchtig huis met aangename terrassen en fantastische uitzichten. Vlakbij het strand en een surfschool. We vonden het huis zeer goed gelegen, zo dicht bij het strand en bij de mooie fietspaden door de bossen van de Landes. En niet té dicht, maar zeker ook niet té ver van het toeristische centrum. Wij komen hier graag terug!
