Magnificent wooden frame villa of approximately 130 mÂČ, with private heated swimming pool on enclosed land with trees, not overlooked. Located in a quiet subdivision, near the beach and bike paths, you will have a great stay.

Ground floor: living room, sofas, large table (12 seats), flat screen TV, terrace exits. Dining area in the living room, Kitchen open to the living room equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, fridge, small upright freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster. Covered wooden terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, plancha. 1 bedroom with double bed and cupboard, bathroom with shower, separate WC. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower and WC. WIFI ACCESS. Bicycles.

Private (salt) tiled swimming pool area with approved electric cover, sun loungers and parasols.

Nearby, entertainment for adults and teenagers, dancing and themed evenings, tennis court, ping-pong table, ball field, mini-golf, paintball, a tree climbing park, handball, basketball, football, badminton, playgrounds and workshops for children, fitness trail, arenas where bullfighting shows are held in July and August.
General food, snack bar, ice cream parlor, catering and take-out meals, all amenities on site. Many activities nearby: surf school, cycling, horse riding, fishing, canoeing, kayaking, etc.

Ideally located 1 hour from Biarritz and Bordeaux, the village is nestled in the heart of the Landes forest. Lespecier beach, which has remained wild but monitored in season, is only 5 minutes away. Direct access by forest road, parking in the shade of pines. Mimizan (cinema, nightclubs, casino) is 5 minutes away, Biscarosse 30 minutes, dune du Pyla 40 minutes, Basque Country 45 minutes. Hiking and cycling trails from the campsite. You are approximately 1 œ hours from the Spanish border. You will find all kinds of entertainment at MIMIZAN PLAGE as well as excellent restaurants, bars and many shops for shopping.

Maison spacieuse et trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e. IdĂ©ale pour un sĂ©jour en famille. Bel espace extĂ©rieur trĂšs apprĂ©ciable avec des enfants. La piscine chauffĂ©e est un vrai plus ainsi que le prĂȘt de vĂ©los. Seul bĂ©mol, le carrelage qui entoure la piscine est glissant avec les pieds mouillĂ©s.

Das Haus war gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und sehr gerĂ€umig. Der Garten war gepflegt und auch der Pool war Spitze. Ich kann dieses Haus nur weiterempfehlen !!

Pour passer un séjour agréable dans les Landes

Nous avons passĂ© une trĂšs agrĂ©able semaine fin avril dans cette maison de bois, en famille et entre amis. Nous Ă©tions 9 personnes et nous avions de la place pour profiter pleinement de l'intĂ©rieur et de l'extĂ©rieur. La maison est trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e tant au niveau ustensiles de cuisines qu'Ă©quipement mĂ©nager (tĂ©lĂ©vision, frigo, mobilier de jardin ..) le tout fait avec goĂ»t .. Proche de l'ocĂ©an et de Mimizan Plage et Ă  environ une heure de Bordeaux .. nous recommandons vivement cette location d'autant plus qu'en pĂ©riode estivale profiter de la piscine doit ĂȘtre un vrai plaisir !
