Spacious, open aired, great view, ample parking, easy access to all venues such as pharmacies, grocery stores, fast food, gas station, public parks, hiking trails, tennis court, DMV, schools, mechanics. etc. Also 10 min away from gourmet restaurants. Most important, you feel like you are living in the ocean while sleeping here.
