Gorgeous 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage in private country setting just minutes from all the Central Coast offers, including Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Shell Beach and Oceano Beach Sand Dunes. Located in a private country setting on 1.7 acres. With all that the Central Coast has to offer and having lived there most of my life, this property gives you an escape from the buzz of the day in a secluded, quiet country setting.

Relaxing and close to everything

The Nipomo house was perfect for our central coast visit. Close enough to everything but a peaceful retreat to come back to at the end of the day to unwind and relax with family. We look forward to booking again.

Nipomo Gem

We really enjoyed our stay in Nipomo. It was a great central location to visit the wineries in Santa Maria and Paso Robles, and the coast, beaches and dunes from Morro Bay to Guadeloupe. The cottage was cozy and provided a comfortable space to relax and would recommend it to anyone who is visiting the area.

Great location on the Central Coast

This was a nice two bedroom in a quiet location. It was nice and private. It was located minutes from everything we came to see. We went to SLO downtown, Pismo beach and pier, Arroyo Grande, Oso Flaco Lake and Beach, and Lopez Lake. We brought our boat and had ample parking in a secure area. Basically this place exceeded our expectations!! Thank you!!

Quiet property

Home is pretty much as pictured. Kitchen had more than adequate supply of dishes,etc. All cleaning and paper products were supplied. Location is good and has shopping close by.

Truly, it was perfect. I’m so thankful.

This was one of the best vacations I’ve had in years. The VRBO rental isn’t what makes or breaks your stay. You can choose to be happy anywhere. THIS place is worth revisiting, though. We were in a bit of a rush to leave that morning and I just hope I left the house in as fine a shape as I found it. To my hosts, I’m genuinely thankful.

Location and Solitude

The property was very clean, quiet and private and well represented in the posting. Location was a short drive from a Vons grocery store, pizza restaurant, and other conveniences and easy access to Hwy 101. The kitchen was well appointed with all the amenities we needed. The coffee station was a nice surprise with both a Keurig and a conventional drip coffee maker and the kitchen faucet included a reverse osmosis water system. The queen mattress was very comfortable and there was ample pillows/blankets. The mini-split A/C unit worked well. The water pressure in the shower was a bit low, but otherwise worked well with a shower head that adjusted high for my appreciative tall husband. Parking was covered and roomy. Thank you for a great stay!

Perfect home away from home

Perfect for our family wedding weekend. All of the comforts of home, the property is laid out beautifully. Quiet, comfortable living areas, slept great, close to everything including markets, beach, wineries, services. But away from the congested life of a city. Fantastic attentive property management. Fully stocked kitchen and towels for the shower and beach towels too Extra space outside to enjoy in a private patio with a BBQ table chairs umbrella. Plus a pack and play portable crib for the little ones. Just bring your clothes toothbrush sunscreen hat and turn your electronic devices off for a relaxing comfortable stay. Don’t set your alarm to wake up, this place is super quiet and so dark at night you will wake up refreshed

A quiet stay in Nipomo

A quiet and clean spot in Nipomo, the house was a great launching place for our explorations in Pismo Beach and San Luis Obispo. The hosts were friendly and very responsive, and answered our questions about the area quickly and thoroughly. It's in a quiet residential area, so it's definitely not a party spot, but if you want a quiet, safe and clean place to relax, this is a great choice!

Best birthday for us!

My boyfriend and I had such a great week staying here. I picked this location for his birthday week and we had the best time. Easy access to highways and close to the pier at Pismo. Everything we needed (coffee machines, blender, pots, pans and dishes) were available and clean. The perfect space for the two of us. With permission we hosted two of our friends and had no problems hooking up our gaming system to play together. Thank you kindly for providing this retreat for our week vacation! We loved it!

Nipoma Cottage

Absolutely beautiful property. Outside and Inside extremely clean. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This little cottage provided all the comforts of home and was perfect for the four of us. We were notified when the landscapers and other service vendors would be on site so we were aware. Owner was prompt with responses to questions and easy to get ahold of. Check in easy. Access easy. Super easy to find and close to the freeway. Close to Pismo Beach, vineyards, grocery store; great views, quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again and again! This cottage is a gem.

I stayed here recently with my two boys and a couple of their friends, and everything is exactly as advertised. Shannon is a wonderful host, and the property is located in a quiet area that is very close to all the major locations. I really enjoyed this stay and I would definitely return.

The location was quiet and secluded, yet conveniently located near Pismo and not a far stretch from San Luis Obispo. The place was a great home away from home. It had everything that we needed and more. Definitely a great place to stay.
