Hosts communication is very goood- response time was very fast. Beautiful location, walking distance to arroyo grande downtown shopping and food. My toddler loved the big tub. They have toys for the little too which was a huge plus.

We stayed here the last night of a California college trip and it was perfect. Teenage girls called it “aesthetic” and teenage boy called it a “w house.” I assume these are good things :) Thank you!

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend! The property is well maintained and decorated so cute. The kitchen is stocked which made cooking so easy. The host is quick to respond to messages. I would definitely recommended and visit this house again.

Nice place. Well appointed. Kitchen supplies are non existent - which is probably ok. Biggest issue is one of the bathrooms only has a tub without any way to shower without getting whole bathroom wet. Which effectively makes it a one bathroom unit

We had a great stay!

We had a lot of fun staying here. We loved the proximity to the town for local dinners, the dunes for exploring, and Pismo beach for the night life. Definitely would recommend.

Love the property and the surrounding neighborhood. Would definitely recommend staying here.The only suggestion I would have is storage in the bedrooms such as a small dresser or nightstands. Other than that, we were satisfied.

The property was beautifully appointed and was perfect for my elderly mother in a walker, along being pet friendly. Appreciated the ADA parking and ease of entering the home and getting around the home. Easy access to the freeway and was just 15 min to our daughter's wedding venue in SLO. Will definitely stay again when we visit the area in the future! Easy communication with the owner. Highly recommend!

Really nice stay. Loved the decor. A few minor things that necessitated a call with the property manager, but were quickly resolved. Would definitely stay here again, highly recommend.

Great location, friendly host

Had an amazing stay! Very clean and we had no issues with our stay. The place is in a great location within walking distance to the village (which has great coffee, food, vibes, etc). I didn’t see it listed, but they do have a pack’n’play and a few toys for littles, which was great for us! The house is surrounded by lavender and gives a lovely scent and ambiance. Definitely would recommend and come back!
