You have just discovered one of the most unique properties in the heart of Key Largo. This Ocean Front Key Largo Villa is located in a secure exclusive gated community with 24 hr security.
Your whole family will love the breathtaking views of the pristine waters of the Florida Keys from this spacious and luxurious Villa. This two-story, 3-bedroom, 3-bath 2035 sq ft. Villa overlooks the Marina and the Atlantic Ocean, providing a picturesque and serene atmosphere.! Inside you’ll find tasteful furnishings throughout. Each room is equipped with its own TV, ensuring entertainment and comfort in every space with a fast WIFI and the COLDEST A/C to cool down after a hot Florida day.
Outdoors, guests can enjoy a variety of amenities. The property features two heated pools, tennis and pickle-ball courts, a playground, and a fire pit. In addition, there is a remarkable 3-acre salt water lagoon with a sandy beach and a diving board, offering endless opportunities for relaxation and recreation.
A boat ramp is available to launch your watercraft. If you plan to bring your private vessel you will need to have $300,000 Liability Insurance and show proof upon entrance to the security guard. Slips for your vessel are not included and if available they can be rented.
The Boat ramp is free of charge and trailer parking is free on a first come basis.
It is the perfect Villa for relaxation or for the adventurous at heart in the Florida Keys. If fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking or sailing sound exciting check out all the available rentals fishing charters business located just minutes from the Villa or experience the buzzing fine unique Keys restaurants and district entertainment.
Plenty of great restaurants in the area including Backyard Key Largo Fisheries and Pilot House within walking distance. Come swim with the Dolphins at Dolphins Plus which is also walking distance from my Villa.
The view of the Marina and Ocean from the windows, balcony and the outside terrace are fabulous, using the Golf Cart or walking to the end of the jetty for relaxing, fishing, and viewing the Sunrise/Sunset is spectacular.

The Golf Cart is to be used only inside the community. It is not licensed for public roads. Also, there are two bikes with helmets, snorkeling gear, life vests, and two Kayaks. Please be advised that the use of any of the items listed above are at your own risk.
Also Tennis rackets and Pickle Ball Paddles and balls are available.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please run the dishwasher, take any garbage out to the garbage dump, place used towels on the bathroom floor and used bedding sheets next to the beds. The cleaning crew will take care of the rest.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Use of the Golf Cart, Kayaks and Bicycles are at your own Risk.
No loud noises or music after 11PM, be respectful to your neighbors.

We had a wonderful stay. The place was very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The location and community are excellent, with great views and easy ocean access, including a small private beach and great amenities. We really appreciated having beach towels, snorkel gear, and beach chairs provided. The host communicated very well throughout the trip, and check-in and check-out were extremely easy. The location is perfect for exploring the Everglades, heading south to Key West, and is relatively close to Miami airport. Overall, this is a fantastic place to stay for a Keys vacation.

The home was spacious and had great amenities, especially the washer & dryer, golf cart, plenty of room to spread out and spices in the kitchen! The grounds were awesome, we loved the ocean view and riding out to the point in the golf cart to watch the sunset. Great place to stay!

This is great place with a great location. 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom on the lower level with the wetbar. Master bedroom/bath and 1 more bedroom and bath on the upper level with the kitchen. Great location in the heart of Key West.

Relaxing and enjoyable

The villa is beautifully located with great amenities. Having a room downstairs was great for my my elderly mother in law and to be able to have her own amenities right there. Having use of golf cart for her was great too. My daughter and I enjoyed use of the bikes. We had a very peaceful and enjoyable week.

On marina. Great view. Good sunsets. Great amenities. Everything you need for vacation. Stay in this development every memorial. Room set up great for 3 to a room. Loved it. Will go back. Highly recommend.

Friends vacation

The freezer didn't make ice, the gate keeper was confusing, gulf cart needs updating. I think that the stairs should be described more in the listing. Over all we had a great stay. Would stay again. Loved the lagoon.

Awesome beautiful place

Beautiful place, loved the patio over looking the camel, and the upper deck, you can see out to the ocean. So pretty. The place is very clean, nice sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was fantastic for the group of us to each have their own bathroom. Very nice to have available to us pool toys, bikes and the golf cart was very nice to use and came in Handy when going to the pool. Great place to stay!! You will love it.

Great Condo and Location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The unit's location was fantastic and we truly enjoyed our time here. The beautiful views were slightly diminished by windows that needed cleaning, and while the beds could have been more comfortable and the dishwasher is due for replacement, these were minor issues in an otherwise great experience. Despite these small drawbacks, we would definitely stay here again.

I traveled with my husband and our 8 year old son as well as my senior parents. The size of the villa was great for the 5 of us. The location was perfect for putting in our jet ski that we brought along. My son loved the lagoon area. Overall a nice stay

Great place for a family vacation

Accommodations were very nice - only issue we had was most of the plates, bowls, cups and flatware was encrusted with food - appeared the previous tenant did not run the dishwasher and dinnerware was put away without being cleaned - we just put everything through dishwasher before we used it.

Beautiful location

Views were amazing, owner added lots of perks like personal soaps toothpaste etc! My only issue was the spiral stairs but fortunately there was a bedroom on the first floor. Otherwise this place met our expectations

My wife and I have fallen in love with Key Largo. After a hard work week, we look forward to heading out for a weekend of relaxation, fishing and fun in the sun. The villa has become a home away from home. It has the perfect backdrop of the ocean and that laid back feeling that Key Largo offers. It also has become a perfect opportunity to get the family together to share and enjoy eachothers company from sunrise to sunset. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!!!

Why they chose this property

We chose Key Largo as the perfect vacation location with its casual atmosphere and just an hour's drive south of Miami. There is a vast array of activites to adhere to all types of vacationers. Including but not limited, Fishing/Boating, Snorkeling, Shopping, Watersports, and various unique cuisine's for any palate.

What makes this property unique

It is a exclusive gated community, with many amenities available. There are two pools, a salt-water lagoon, a marina and a private beach area with barbecue's, a kids playground and a tennis court. Walking out to the jetty around sunset is a spectacular view and one of our favorite past times while sipping our favorite glass of wine.
The Villa rental does not include docking in the Marina. Rentals if available are based on the size of your boat and days. Use of the ramp and Boat yard is free if renting my unit.
