416 - Beautiful Oceanfront 2/2 with Comfy Beds

Hacienda del Sol II welcomes you to Unit 416!

This beautiful 4th floor oceanfront condo with spectacular views from the private balcony is perfect for couples and families. The view is amazing. We also have private wifi and premium cable channels in the living room and both bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The master bedroom has its own private bath with shower. There is a 2nd bathroom in the hallway near the guest bedroom. The washer and dryer is full size, located in the closet off the dining room.

Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. Beach towels and beach chairs are provided.

Refunds: There will be no discounts or early departure refunds due to or for mechanical, plumbing, or electrical failures or breakdowns to any item(s) in the unit or other areas of the common property for any cause. No refunds will be given for inclement weather or condition of the property beyond our control.

Great location & view

Couldn’t have had a better trip. Property was very clean. Check in was a breeze. Property owner was very informative and stayed in touch throughout check in. Hope to definitely return and would highly recommend.

Beautiful Location

The property is just the right size. A refreshing pool, a great sun deck facing the ocean for high tide, and the other guests are friendly as well.

Great Spot

Management team was great, very kind and helpful. Nicely updated condo. Great location. Could have a little more seating in the main living area, but aside from that, no complaints. Would definitely stay again.

Hacienda del Sol II is the nicest complex on the island as you will see when you arrive. Have a wonderful vacation!

Why they chose this property

Hacienda Del Sol II offers a large seasonally heated swimming pool with a brick paved deck and there's also a kiddy pool where the little ones can enjoy themselves. Comfortable chairs and sun loungers are available around the pool and there are restrooms and showers inside the cabana. Hacienda del Sol II also has an oceanfront sun deck overlooking the beach - a wonderful location to relax, read a book or just keep an eye on the children.
If sitting still is not for you, then, challenge the family to a game of shuffleboard on the court with a wonderful ocean view. Two large gas grills are available for use by the cabana, which also has a kitchen. Grill lunch or dinner for the family or a few friends and dine in the cabana. You may also borrow books from our mini-library in the cabana or sit and surf the web on our computer. Free Wi-Fi is available in each unit.

If your unit is not equipped with a laundry room, we have coin laundry facilities on every floor on both ends of the building.
