It’s located “beach side” (east of A1A), just 3 short blocks from Flagler Avenue, a true seaside beach street lined with quaint boutiques, galleries, surf shops, bars, restaurants, inns & more. You can leisurely walk the five blocks from the Indian River to the Atlantic Ocean to experience vibrant nightlife, shopping, and world-class cuisine on a historic street with an old Florida ambiance. Don’t forget to check out one of the amazing ice cream shops, too!
The condo has a beautiful open floor plan located on the first floor over the garages with two private balconies, tastefully furnished & equipped with quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances, white cabinetry, tile flooring, a full laundry room, and ceiling fans in all rooms.
Amenities include gated entry, a two-car garage, a private & seasonally-heated pool, and a community room with a bathroom.
A wooden walkway provides easy access to the white sandy beach, just steps away. If you are lucky, you might even see some dolphins swimming by, kite surfers, a full moon glittering over the ocean, and/or a rocket launch from nearby Kennedy Space Center!

This location was absolutely wonderful. We rented over the holidays and made some of the best family memories ever! The hosts were amazing and made our experience wonderful. Highly recommended for location, cleanliness and space.

I could fill a book with the accolades I could say about this beautiful condo. Perfect area to stay. Many good restaurants and night spots within walking distance, and close to the beach.
